Surfside

Surfside is a gorgeous beachfront home with stunning views from the living room and seating area with gorgeously high arching windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! It is split-bedroom beach house, with a huge oversized communal area in the middle providing views of the Gulf and the Bay. The central communal space has a high vaulted ceiling with an open floor plan concept with dining on the Bay Side, a modern kitchen that creates an inclusive experience, a traditional living room space, and a second gulf side lounging area where you can blissfully enjoy the waves and view of white sandy beaches.

The gulf is visible from all four bedrooms! The master suite is gulf-front with a walk-out door to the deck. The SE Queen bedroom is also gulf-front. The north bedrooms are both kings. This home is truly built for comfort and experience!

The wrap-around deck will also give you a place to find great views! You can find both sun and shaded areas to enjoy the ocean breeze.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.

The driveway accommodates up to 5 vehicles. House is directly on the beach.
