As with all Dauphin Island Beach Rentals:
All linens and towels are provided, along with high-speed WiFi and a fully outfitted kitchen. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is included — please plan on bringing additional supplies for longer stays.

• Minimum age for primary renter: 25 (must be present for the entire stay)
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• Non-smoking property
• No weddings or parties allowed
• Pool heating/cooling available for an additional fee — contact our office for details
• Pool heat offered from October – November and March – May. $50/day with heat needing to be on during full length of stay.
