Description
Room for all in this open floor plan beach house designed for outdoor living! Enjoy modern conveniences, DirectTV in every bedroom, and a custom kitchen. The back deck, which includes a swimming pool is where you’ll spend many hours when you’re not in the water. The pool can be heated for $50/day. A shaded deck will give great views of our happy hump (bridge) and beautiful sunsets on the bay. Private beach in your back yard with bayside deck, hammocks, and furniture. 4 kayaks, a corn hole set, and crab traps included! Catch your dinner outback! Enjoy this large 5/4 Dauphin Island Beach Rental with your extended family and friends!
Gulf beach access is 0.35 miles from the end of your driveway!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway and parking for several cars. All overflow must be parked at Green Park next to Ship & Shore. Gulf side beach access via streets and courts only – you can park on these streets with a parking pass (we will provide). Do not walk between houses. The closest access point is Sam Houston St to your east and Sehoy St to your west. Both are 0.35 miles from your driveway.

This was our second time staying at Blue Oasis and once again everyone had a great time! The house is perfect for our family of five. We loved having the private pool, bayside dock and hammocks and gulf right across the street. They were very responsive and patient with our requests and we can’t wait to return again!

This is the 2nd year we have gone on a big friends trip with the kids, the amenities were good. The place was very well stocked with beach towels and beach equipment. The pool was heated so the kids got to play the whole time we were there, the only downfall is the pool light was burnt out so they were limited to day time only for swimming. We would definitely come back!! The place is always very clean and welcoming.

Wonderful, Peaceful. Easy walk to the Gulf side direct to the Bay side. They have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot which we enjoy. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets. Check in was a breeze. We used the pool which was a great temp for a Midwest gal. Lots of board game. A great relaxing stay ample parking.

We absolutely loved the house it was perfect for our whole family and grandkids. The bayside was so private and perfect for the kids to play, relaxing in the hammock, guys to fish and crab. The back deck was also perfect since it unfortunately rained a lot on our visit. The pool was nice but it was a little cold due to weather. We didn’t realize it was a $50 a day up charge to turn on heat for pool until we arrived and it takes 24hrs to warm up so with the rain it never really warmed up. Love the island and will definitely be back.

It is always so wonderful to hear that our guests have enjoyed their stay. Thank you for pointing out the 50.00 a day pool heat charge. It does help if our guests let us know ahead of time that they want the pool heat on so it can be turned on before their arrival. Please call our office before your arrival (at least 24 hours) so the charge can be added to your reservation and the pool can be ready for your arrival.

The Blue Oasis exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful beach house in a peaceful location with a great view of the water. Plus the sunsets from the back deck and private beach were stunning! It offered something for everyone with the pool, kayaks and easy access to two beaches (private & public across the street). We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We enjoyed our stay! We had several families stay at this home and we had plenty of room. The pool was a big hit with all ages. It was a well stocked kitchen. We could see the bay and the gulf from the house. We fished both sides too. We look forward to coming back for a visit!

This home was so roomy and the pool was great. The beach chair setup was very relaxing. Bring bug spray for going to the beach. Loved our stay!!

We went on a group trips with the kids and our close friends and it was perfect!! Private beach access on the bay and the pool was perfect! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, PLENTY of towels for everyone, and very clean! We will definitely be back!
