Offering step-free access to the back porch and screened porches on both floors, this ground-level retreat promises comfort and convenience for your getaway. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this delightful home sleeps 8 guests comfortably.

The first floor features a spacious common living space, including a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining area, and large laundry closet. A jack-and-jill bedroom suite offers convenience and privacy, with direct access to the covered front porch from the north queen bedroom, and access to the back screened porch from the south king bedroom. The jack-and-jill bathroom boasts a double vanity and shower stall.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedroom suites and an open landing overlooking the living room. The north queen suite features a large bedroom with a private bathroom. The south king suite offers direct access to the second-floor screened porch, a dedicated closet and a private bathroom featuring a shower stall and double vanity for added comfort.

White Dunes is located away from the beach, but a back walking path leads to a raised area with expansive dunes at Pelican Cove. Enjoy the vibrant azalea bushes along the walking path, which bloom a vibrant pink in the spring.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
