Description
Come see Island Star! This large 5 bedroom gulf view beach house is a marquee property. New private, heated pool! Several major renovations through 2020 have created a giant warm beach house experience. Walk into the sight of a cathedral ceiling living room with warm light from the gulf sky via gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows on a 2-story wall. Bring family, friends, and man’s best friend to this open floor plan with super convenient beach access. Descend either of the rear deck staircases, and a short walk puts you at the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom enjoys loft light through frosted windows facing the living room gulf view windows. Two large 1st-floor bedrooms enjoying gulf views and 2 bunk rooms for all the kids. Enjoy the large rear deck and let the sunset on your day with a drink in hand, the sites and sounds of salty waves, and the smell of grilled food.
Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, 2-dogs maximum limit. Only dogs approved by insurance policy. $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway that can fit 4 cars. Driveway is accessed from Bienville Blvd. It is just past Spanish Ct. Free overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore.

Loved our stay. Home was as described. The pool was clean and heated, beach was steps away. Kitchen was well appointed and the customer service for the two questions I had were handled promptly. Highly recommend this place! Hope to be back again.
Just as an FYI, there are no beach chairs provided – keep this in mind if it is something you’ll want to bring or pick-up on your way in. They do provide an abundance of both beach and separate bathroom towels.

This home was very clean and located right on the beach. The home was unlike other vacation homes in that it had plenty of accommodations like towels, dishes, tolietry supplies, laundry/dish supplies, and even seasonings/coffee. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this property!

Our family wanted to find a calm, peaceful location and this house was absolutely perfect! We were steps away from the water, loved our walks on the beach; especially at sunset and collected tons of seashells. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The accommodations were great for three adult couples plus a single. The 3 Master Bedrooms each have a king bed and their own bathroom. In fact all 5 rooms have their own bathroom. The heated pool was a hit and this is where we spent our afternoons. In the evenings, we watched the beautiful sunsets from the beach, just steps away from the house. October was a great time to be there. The weather was great and there were no crowds.

Our day was great even in the midst of a hurricane we had everything we needed. Didn’t have any problem with communication and updates. The home was beautiful and have plenty of space it even had more sleeping areas than advertised. Would recommend staying there. It was a 10 out of 10.

The house is absolutely spectacular. But more importantly, the management company bends over backwards to make sure you have the best time at Dauphin Island. We loved everything about it. We could be on our own or we could be a family. Some stayed inside and read and watched TV, others went to the beach, which was only a few steps away, and others spent the day in the swimming pool. I highly recommend not only this house, but especially the management company. They are beyond belief efficient, personable, and just all around great people to deal with. We have already booked for next year and can hardly wait.

We loved our stay. The place was beautiful and spacious. Easily accommodated our three grown children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren. The grandchildren loved building castles in the sand and swimming in the heated pool. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
