SouthBound is a rare ground-floor unit that still enjoys a beach view at the Dauphin Island Beach Club. This listing is for the full unit. Quick access to the outdoor pools and gulf beach! Find your beachside happy place at this polished 4 bedrooms 3 baths. It is well-furnished and enjoys a great location and a complete finish as the comprehensive makeover was completed in January 2021.
This is a split unit that includes 2 self-sufficient 2-bedroom units connected via a foyer. You will have 2 full kitchens and 2 living rooms. Share with another family or allow the kids their own space!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
Parking Instructions
Parking for 2 vehicles. Free overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Beach Access via Board Walk on Gulf Side of Property.

Beautiful Condo! Our family enjoyed our stay. Loved beginning able to step right off our patio to the pool. The walk to the beach was long but our grandchildren loved looking for shells. Found some really big ones. Dauphin Island is beautiful, not a lot to do, but that’s what we were looking for!

Spring Break 2024
My family stayed in this condo during March 2024. It is a great unit! Very spacious for seven adults, one young child, and one baby. We loved the easy access to the heated outdoor pool, and we also loved that the door from the unit to the pool, and the outdoor gate to the pool, were secure (so we could control when our children were able to access the pool area). The beach access was easy and convenient with lovely sunset views from the boardwalk. The kitchen was very well appointed (including small appliances like a blender and air fryer). We brought our own travel crib and highchair from home, but shouldn’t have bothered – both of those items were in the condo. We recommend this unit and would love to come back!
