Come see why we call this place This Is Heaven! It is a spacious 4 bedroom / 4 bath beach house with great views of the Gulf Beaches and Sound. Every bedroom is a suite with its own private bath. This home was built in 2023 and enjoys high-quality furnishings throughout. The open floor plan is great for families to interact and spread out while enjoying the light from the many windows showing views of the beach.
Other great features include beach toys, an electric pinball machine and a selfie wall to document your memories!
The massive back deck will give you lots of space to enjoy the outdoors and sit around the private heated saltwater pool. Relax in the custom teak patio furniture, you can count on comfort! You will also overlook your very own beach volleyball pit!
You are right across the street from the beach, a very short walk. Everything is convenient! See you soon!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The property accommodates 5 vehicles in the driveway that connects Bienville Blvd and Bridgeview Dr. Gulf Beach is a 2-minute walk. You can access via Sehoy St, 300 ft east of your driveway.

The home is very nice, however the pool was dirty on arrival and wasn’t cleaned until the next morning. It is not a saltwater pool as advertised. The house was decently clean, but you can tell they allow pets as there was dog hair from the previous visitors. DIBR was very attentive to every concern we have and we would stay again.

We had a great stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how close it was to the beach just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is heaven truly fits the name. Very short walk to the beach right off of Sehoy st. Two minutes at most. The house itself is great. Extremely clean. Private pool was great facing the gulf which was an added bonus. The cell service and internet is very spotty but that comes with the secluded peace of Dauphin Island. Very much recommend this property especially for the price in the start of the busy season. 5 out of 5 stars for our stay!!!

This was our first time in Alabama and this place was great! Very safe, small town vibes. We ate out a few times and did some shopping – the locals are very friendly. We took advantage of the grocery stocking service – highly recommend! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and had the option to eat on the deck with amazing views or inside at the large dining table. We slept very well and enjoyed the big sliding doors. The private pool was perfect to keep cool. It felt like we were home. It was a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to coming back!

The house is beautiful, we couldn’t use the pool much because the weather. It needs to be at least 50 degrees for the pool warmer to work. But all in all it was a wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend and would return!

We loved it!
Location is great – nice & quiet and just a few minutes into town. Bedrooms & ensuites worked great for our group (5 adults, 4 children). The pool would be too small for raucous older teens but was fine for young kids, and very welcome! We were disappointed that the pinball machine didn’t/doesn’t work and couldn’t get that remedied while we were there, but altogether a great space.

Our Controlled chaos in a beautiful pink beach house! We loved it! Great pool for the kids and easy for the parents to watch them. Beach access is diagonal across the street with a super easy walk.

Beautiful beach house. We feel in love with it. Location, layout, pool, decor, deck, and it has everything you need and more for your stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and love the fact it has angel wings and talks about heaven. What a spectacular place!! We love it.

House was great! Any issues we had (which were not fault of the company, but the weather) they responded right away. Know that the stairs are pretty steep and to lug everything upstairs is a little rough, especially if you are staying a week like we did and brought our groceries with us! But again not their fault. House was a great layout for our needs! They even have beach and pool toys, even though I never saw that in the description. If you are sensitive to flea bites, bring you some off of some sort and the sand fleas got us. Again, that isn’t their fault. Under the house could have been cleaner but over all it was a great time had by all! Would stay there again if we make a trip back…maybe by then they will have some sort of elevator to help with getting stuff upstairs! lol. Overall a great experience!

We had an amazing long weekend at this property. Weather was mild for end of April but the heated salt water pool was warm enough to dip in and relax after a day in the sun!

Will we need permits to get on the beach? I see you mentioned Sehoy St. Friends were driving by the area and noticed all accesses seamed to say by permit only.

In the pictures overlooking the pool, you can see the Gulf Beaches right across the street. The property is a 2-minute walk to Sehoy St, your beach access point.
