Description
You will love hanging out on the front deck of this cozy home. Just a short walk to a birder’s paradise or a quick ride over to the boat launch at the ferry landing, this 3BR/3BA pet-friendly house accommodates up to 6. The home is in close proximity to such East end attractions as Ft. Gaines, Alabama Aquarium, and Magnolia Park. You are a quick drive to the East End Beach which is always a favorite.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
Parking Instructions
Parking is allowed in driveway. Can accommodate 4 cars. Closest beach is the East End beach at end of Bienville Blvd, 2.1 miles.

Excellent location.. quiet, peaceful and perfectly located. Easy access, to local attractions, restaurants, and gift stores.
We love the large front deck to sit and drink coffee and listen to the birds from the sanctuary across the road.

We had the best time, we have stayed on the island before but nothing compared to this rental. Having our dog along was a treat for us and the dog. Cant say enough about the house and amenities just perfect. The staff at Dauphin Island rentals were awesome. Absolutely loved everything about the trip
