The Granary House is a new edition to Dauphin Island! The house was completed in June 2022 and enjoys new furnishings and modern aesthetics! The home has a beautiful vaulted ceiling, whites and grays with gorgeous stone counters and a tile back splash in the kitchen. The home has beautiful furnishings, including a gorgeous free-standing steel tub in the Master Bath.

The outdoor space is great as well. The covered porch and space below the house are great hangouts for our beautiful Dauphin Island weather. It is a short 0.3-mile walk to the nearest Gulf Beach access and a 0.9-mile drive to the nearest Gulf Beach parking. The property is across the street from Lafitte Bay.
This property also includes an optional golf cart for an additional fee of $100/day (must rent for the entire stay). You will receive additional information regarding this option after you book your reservation.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy—$ 100 per dog per stay pet fee.
House has driveway with parking for 4+ cars. To walk to the beach, turn left on Cadillac ave, first left onto Port Royal, a right onto Bienvilel and first left on Portier Ct. Distance is approx 0.3 miles. To drive to the beach, follow the same instructions, except once on Bienville, drive until you get to St. Stephens St and turn left. Parking passes will be on the fridge. We can bring you one if there aren’t any left.
