With covered porches on two levels and the beach just steps away, this home is designed for guests who want to be as close to the water as possible.

Step inside to a bright and comfortable living space designed for relaxing after a day on the beach. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it easy for your group to gather and spend time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, whether you’re cooking a fresh catch or a full family dinner. A large dining table provides plenty of seating for group meals, while the adjacent living area offers a comfortable place to unwind with TV and conversation.

Upstairs, a separate family room adds another living space, perfect for movie nights or giving kids and adults their own areas to relax.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):
• First Floor King Bedroom – King bed, TV, access to Jack and Jill bathroom shared with kitchen area
• Second Floor NE King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom
• Second Floor NW Queen Bedroom – Queen bed, TV
• Second Floor SW Bunk Room – Full over full bunk bed, TV, sliding door access to covered upper deck
• Additional Bathroom – Full bathroom located next to NW Queen bedroom

Outdoor living is a highlight at Sweet Home Alabama. The home features both upper and lower covered porches, offering multiple spaces to take in the Gulf views, enjoy the breeze, and relax throughout the day.

For outdoor meals, guests can use three picnic tables and a gas grill, making it easy to set up casual dining with a view.

The beach is just steps away, making it simple to go back and forth throughout the day. After time on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening.

Nearby Attractions / Area Perks
Sweet Home Alabama is well-positioned to explore everything that Dauphin Island has to offer. Visit Fort Gaines, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, or the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Bike paths, local restaurants, and the ferry to Fort Morgan provide even more ways to enjoy your stay.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, containing additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday and Friday nights.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Parking Instructions

Parking at the Property:
Guests have access to convenient on-site driveway parking with space for multiple vehicles during your stay.

Walking Access to the Beach:
This gulf front home offers direct beach access from the property. Guests can reach the beach using the sandy path behind the house, which leads through the vacant lot between the home and the shoreline.

Enjoy quick and easy access to Dauphin Island’s open Gulf beach for swimming, relaxing, sunset views, and long walks along the water.

Driving to Public Beaches:
If you prefer to explore different areas of the island, Dauphin Island offers four public beach areas:
• East End Beach
• Middle Beach
• Bienville Beach
• West End Beach

Parking is paid; however, once you pay at any one location, your pass is valid at all four public beaches for the rest of the day. This allows you to easily move between beach areas to find the best conditions or a quieter spot.
