Description
Welcome to Still Waters, a stunning four-bedroom beachfront retreat on the Gulf side of Dauphin Island that sleeps up to 10 guests. This unique through-lot property offers an expansive beachfront area larger than most Gulf-front properties, ensuring guests have extra space to spread out and enjoy the white sandy shores and unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Step into the open-concept common area, where the kitchen, dining area, living room, and sitting area seamlessly flow together. The fully equipped kitchen features both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a small prep island and an elevated peninsula for additional seating. The dining area seats six, while the gulf-view living room boasts a large sectional, ottoman, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the elevated back deck and flood the space with natural light. The sitting area behind the living room offers a cozy spot to relax and soak in the views. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located near the kitchen’s bar seating.
Bedrooms:
• SE Master Suite offers a king bed, TV, dresser, closet, private deck access, and a luxurious private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, partitioned toilet, and shower stall.
• NE Queen Suite offers a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
• SW King Bedroom offers a king bed, TV, closet, sliding door access to the back deck, and breathtaking beach views.
• NW Bunk Room offers a full-over-full bunk bed, dedicated TV, and easy access to the common bathroom, which features a shower-tub combo.
Outdoor Living:
The elevated back deck is partially covered and features a dining area with uninterrupted views of the Gulf. A grill is available for outdoor cooking, and stairs lead directly to the white sandy beach. Underneath the house, guests will find an outdoor shower with beach chairs and toys, a picnic table, and another grill, making it ideal for beachside gatherings.
Location:
Situated on Bienville Blvd between Sam Houston and Sehoy Streets, Still Waters provides direct access to the gulf side beaches while being just minutes from local restaurants and shops by car.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house. Just a few steps to the beach and a perfect location. We had an issue with the bathroom drains not draining but the issue was quickly repaired. This is our second time renting with Dauphin Island Beach Rentals this year and we will definitely be back!

Our family discovered our love for Dauphin Island 4 years ago. Your place is beautiful & accommodating & had everything we needed for a wonderful Labor Day break. My husband, kids, & my parents enjoyed scooping crabs from the surf & boiling them up Louisiana style 🙂 Thanks for a lovely time.

The house was wonderful and perfect for our family. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures online. We really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with items like spices, foil, trash bags, ziplock bags etc. It was so nice being steps away from the beach. We would rent again in a heart beat!

This is the best beach property any of us have ever stayed in. The island itself has some drawbacks… few restaurants or grocery stores… but it’s very calm and peaceful which is what we were after. The home is immaculate, you won’t lack for anything you might expect from a host and then some. One of the management team showed up with fresh doughnuts on Day 2. I was like, “we were hungry yesterday too!” 😉 It was a very nice touch and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Stop looking, get this place.

I am a lover of water – the ocean, the seas, lakes, and even peaceful meandering seas. Being near the water truly refreshes my soul! As such, we have traveled and stayed in many beach houses and lake houses from Maine to Florida to California and even Montana – and yours is my favorite!!
I love the colors, the furnishings, the decor – all of it! But most of all, this deck and the view of the beautiful private beach below. My husband and I sat at the beach many days fishing, laughing, walking and watching the gorgeoussunsets. This is a trip I won’t forget! And I bet it won’t be our last visit here! Oh – and we spent many of those days in the company of “Fred” the local heron.
Thank you once again! I hope all couples and families leave here with treasured memories of their own!

I love:
• the name — reminder of God’s guidance.
• the location on the most narrow spot on island.
• the view in front, inside thru the sliders, and on the deck!!
• the distance to the water — stairs, sand, shore
• the floor plan — spacious rooms perfect for sun four friends
• the wall color, the high ceiling, the crown molding and trim work
• the furniture — every piece is perfectly suited – that you included a coffee table — I passed over other homes that didn’t have one
• the light fixture and quantity of can lights.
• the tasteful, brilliant placement and choice of decor – walls and surfaces
• the deck furniture and the safety gate
• the provision of towels, beach towels and throws to keep us warm as we enjoyed the 5″ of snow!!!
• the flash deal discount that made this last-minute trip possible

• the reminder to “relax” and “stay salty”
• the books and puzzles tucked away
• that I didn’t need any extras Kitchen items that I brought because most homes don’t have them

What a blessing this week has been! Your home is absolutely lovely-beautiful colors, furnishings, decorations and amenities. It has been perfect for our girls get away. I echo the sentiments of both Jill & Nancy. I have very limited experience with the beach but I’m pretty sure I’ve been spoiled by Still Waters! Stunning views, sunrises, sunsets, clouds, winter storm, our bare feet in both the snow and the sand, blue sky, dolphins, stars…. What do you not have? We’ve enjoyed great fellowship, prayers, laughter, walks on the beach, meals together, puzzles, games, movies this has all been the perfect respite! Thank you so much!

Stile Waters has been a refreshment to my soul this week. You’ve created a beautiful and well-appointed place where respite can be fully enjoyed. Of course, our stay during the winter storm has been quite a bit different from most beach trips but, even so, we have been warm and comfortable while enjoying the scenery from your deck. I’ve only thought of one item which would have been very helpful: an electric kettle. (Many cups of hot tea and cocoa have been drunk this week!)
