Description
Southern Ties was constructed in 2022 and offers spectacular ocean views and very convenient walking access to the beach! The home has a bathroom for every bedroom, so you don’t have to share a sink with everyone in your party! The home is beautifully adorned with upscale furniture throughout. You will find everything you need for a dreamy beach vacation. The high ceilings, built-in furniture, crown molding, and modern lighting really set a clean, crisp and elegant vibe, that also is warm and comfortable. Allow yourself a taste of the Southern Ties on Dauphin Island!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
10. Insurance policies do not allow the use of cargo lifts by guests.
Parking Instructions
Driveway will accomodate 4 vehicles. Beach Access right across from the house via Sam Houston St.

There is a water spigot on the front porch if you would like a quick way to rinse your feet before entering the house. Southern Ties also offers an outdoor shower located under the house for a more thorough rinse.

Great location just across from the Gulf of America with great views. We spent plenty of time on the beach on the west end, avoiding the one directly across the street but for families looking for really close beach access this is the place. The deck is covered and huge and we spent afternoons there relaxing and enjoying gulf breezes. Plenty of space inside and it looked just like the pictures. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our two families. Each family had our own side of the house for sleeping/getting ready/etc. and were able to utilize the common living and kitchen space in the middle for socializing! The house was very clean, spacious, and had easy beach access right across the street. Would book again!

Above our Expectations!
Our family of 10 enjoyed staying at this lovely beach rental. We were unable to get in with the code, however, the helpful coordinator “Cat” came by promptly and assisted us– the housekeeper was about hour late finishing the cleaning but we enjoyed sitting on front porch until ready.
It had all luxuries needed plus excellent access to the beach/gulf side. The living/kitchen area was larger than we expected and was very nice for the whole family to gather when needed. In addition, the bedrooms were private. Bathrooms were nice two with showers and two with tub/shower. Back porch area neat and had bay view. The front porch is where we enjoyed sitting listening to ocean, seeing sun rise and set. . . Only negative was steps, lots of up and down only access but that went with the territory!

Great Stay
We absolutely loved our stay here.
Very accommodating and tastfully decorated.
VERY spacious, convenient, and perfectly located. Great view with beach access directly across street from the drive. Waves crashing 24/7 are so relaxing, great for sleeping.
Haven’t relaxed this much in a long time. Toured the fort, great seafood market at Skinner’s and several souvenir shops.
Perfect place to relax, will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I stayed here with his brother and sister-in-law for a weekend. We have stayed at other lovely homes on Dauphin Island, but this one exceeded our expectations. The home is amazing and the two master suites are on opposite sides of the house which is perfect for a multi family vacation. The main living area is spacious and bright. We enjoyed coffee on the large front porch each morning. Beach access was right across the street which was no problem at all. We spent hours exploring the fort on the island and we hope to take the ferry to the mainland on our next visit. The sunsets and sunrises on the island were breathtaking!
