Description
Simply Blessed is a newly built (2023) pet-friendly, four-bed, four-bath beach house on the West End of Dauphin Island! This beach house has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and is just footsteps away from the water! This home is outfitted with new furniture and appliances, with a tasteful sense of design and comfort. The back deck is spacious with spectacular views. Sit in your private hot tub and look out over the white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. You will not forget this experience!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
Driveway off of Bienville Blvd just before Vargas Ct. Parking for 3 vehicles. Overflow parking at Green Park. Please do not park on Vargas Ct. Beach access by foot directly from house.

The stay was so relaxing and the views were amazing. The property was very nice and the big showers are a HUGE plus. Super clean and supplied enough of what was needed for a few days. We would LOVE to come back soon!

This property was immaculately, clean and right on the water. My son literally fished from the balcony (although he didn’t catch anything ha ha). He really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for everyone. Excellent property!

The “Simply Blessed” rental was great. We went for 7 days on a family vacation and the location is great. The beach access right outside is great, and it’s also a quick walk to the public beach which has beach access on both the gulf and bay side.

Just as pictured! Great location and steps from the beach. We really enjoyed and utilized the hot tub and the spacious porch. The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets & tools so we could easily make meals. We did not know prior to coming that there was in fact a pack-n-play, high chair, beach chairs, and some beach towels. So more available items than listed. Loved & would recommend & would stay there again! It’s a great property!

We enjoyed our stay at Simply Blessed. The house was much more than we needed (for 2 people) but we enjoyed having the extra space. House was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with equipment for cooking. Be prepared to bring groceries/snacks. There are only a few restaurant choices on the island. No grocery stores just the Ship to Shore convenience store which has some items but not everything.
We truly enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves and watching the sun set each night. It was much needed downtime and a relaxing weekend.
We definitely would come back again! We didn’t have any problems during our stay but Dauphin Island Beach Rentals was very helpful and communicated well with us in the booking process as we were traveling with our dogs – one of which is a service dog.

Beautiful house located near the west end and its protected beaches. Amazing sunsets (5 out of 7 evenings). House had everything we needed and was in great shape and super clean. Awesome hot tub. Fast and friendly responses to two minor issues we encountered. Have used DIBR for many years; they are the best!

Beautiful house
Simply blessed is a beautifully decorated house and just steps away from the beach. We loved the decor of this newly built house and the hot tub on the deck. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the house was very well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.
