Description
This adorable beach house sits on the Gulf of Mexico with fabulous views anyone would enjoy! The home, built in 2010, is well-furnished and nicely finished with tile floors, crown molding, and stone countertops. The four bedrooms are spacious, and 3 of them enjoy ocean views. The home has 3 porches, a place for everyone to hang out, and one exclusive to the upstairs king suite. The 2nd-floor king suite includes a private coffee bar and private ocean view deck. The house is on the beach, and the water is a short walk from your steps.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens, towels and beach towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 3 vehicles. The beach is a direct walk from the house.

There may be beach chairs left behind by previous guests, but I cannot guarantee they will still be there for your stay. Please bring your own or rent your beach equipment during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is roomy and has lots of extras you might want on a trip, like the outdoor shower, an iron, extra blankets annd pillows and fan.
Great location with only steps to the ocean. We loved the quietness of the island in mid August.
The beds and couch were comfortable which can be hard to find.
Beach chair and umbrella rental was very affordable!
Pirates bar and grill and Islanders were our favorite restaurants.

The place was great. It is walking distance to the beach with great amenities. We had 3 families and there was room to spare. It’s a great location and beautiful house. If you are looking for a great spot to take a family to get away and stay right on the beach this is it.

This property is perfectly situated on the gulf side of Dauphin Island. This property is angled so that you have an unobstructed view of the water when on the deck. It is also situated to block you from the wind when sitting on the deck. The property was immaculately clean, had everything we needed to cook every night, had comfortable beds, and lots of room. We highly recommend this property!
