This home has the best of both worlds- you can beach your boat, kayak, or jet ski on your own sandy beach, fish right outside your backdoor, or walk across the street to the Gulf of Mexico for some wave action – all for the comparable cost of a much smaller Gulf side house.
Relax and entertain your guests on the extra large sun deck complete with its own bar that is the perfect place for the whole family to hang out or enjoy Gulf of Mexico views from the front porch.
If in door entertainment is more your speed, you will love the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, with a large island area that seats 6. There is even a wet bar for mixing up your favor island cocktails and a private “sun room” for relaxing with your favorite book.
