This brand-new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath Bayfront home was just completed in October 2018. It is a large home with many amenities to offer. It has a large, covered north-facing deck overlooking Mobile Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. This fabulous water-view deck has outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also an outdoor sectional couch, and is a great place to relax and enjoy the water views. There is an additional south-facing deck with great Gulf views. The Gulf of Mexico beach is located just across the street, and the sandy Bay beach is just out your back door.
This well-designed home has 2 Master Bedrooms with King-size beds (both have walk-in showers, and also sliding doors to rear deck).
The front-right bedroom (southeast) has 2 duo bunks, Twin over Full bunks. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. For additional sleeping, there is also a built-in bunk bed, with 2 Twins, in the alcove off the main living area. There is also a television located in each bedroom.
The beautiful Kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, Shaker-style cabinets. a large island with seating for 6, and stainless steel appliances throughout. A double-walled oven, 36" cook-top with hood-vent, and 2 refrigerators with ice-makers and dishwasher highlight this generous kitchen!

The dining area has a wood dining table 9'4" can seat up to 12 comfortably. There is a large kitchen island with additional seating.
