Step inside to an open-concept living space with a large sectional sofa and a 55-inch TV, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The chef’s kitchen is thoughtfully designed with granite countertops, Shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating for six. It features a double-walled oven, a 36-inch cooktop with a hood vent, two refrigerators with ice makers, and a dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. The dining area boasts a 9’4” wooden table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests, ensuring plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
• Northeast Master Suite – King bed and walk-in shower, sliding doors to the back deck, and stunning views of the Mississippi Sound.
• Northwest Master Suite – King bed and walk-in shower, sliding doors to the back deck, and stunning views of the Mississippi Sound.
• Southeast Bedroom – Two twin-over-full bunk beds, perfect for kids or groups.
• Fourth Bedroom – A cozy queen-sized bed with a relaxing ambiance.
• Additional Sleeping – A built-in alcove bunk area with two twin beds provides extra space for guests.
Outdoor Living:
The expansive covered back deck is a highlight, offering dining and lounging areas with an unbeatable beachfront view of the calm and inviting Mississippi Sound. Unlike the Gulf, the Sound provides a gentle slope, no rip currents, and a reduced risk of hazardous marine life, making it a safer, family-friendly swimming area for younger or inexperienced swimmers. The sandy beach is just steps away, providing the perfect place to play, relax, or take in a stunning sunset. For those craving the Gulf waves, the white sandy Gulf beaches are just a 0.35-mile walk.

All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway and parking for several cars. All overflow must be parked at Green Park next to Ship & Shore. Gulf side beach access via streets and courts only – you can park on these streets with a parking pass (we will provide). Do not walk between houses. The closest access point is Sam Houston St to your east and Sehoy St to your west. Both are 0.35 miles from your driveway.

It is a half mile in either direction to the nearest access street. Sam Houston and Sehoy would be the nearest two. We ask that you do not cross through or between properties to visit the gulf side. This info is under parking instructions at the bottom of the house description on the DIBR website.
