The living area features ample seating—including a sleeper sofa—for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. A convenient laundry room adds to the thoughtful setup for longer stays

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

It looks like there is a gate at the end of the road that leads to the beach. Is there a walkway behind the property that goes to the beach?

Great little vacation home to stay with our dog. The beach access is just at the end of the road and through the dunes. The view off the back deck is mostly of the public beach boardwalk and protected dune area with some ocean peeking through. Great for bird watching. The house is nicely updated with a comfortable couch for watching movies in the evenings.

The pics for the property were very accurate. We enjoyed the hot tub. Though a tad smaller than expected. Big enough for 2. The girls enjoyed the heated pool, especially at night when it was a little cooler. The Host always responded quickly with any questions we may have had. Very quiet neighborhood. How do you get to the beach from house?

It is a short walk, less than 5 minutes, to the beach from See View Haven. You will simply walk to the end of the driveway and turn left. Follow the street to the end of the pavement and you will see a clear path to the beach.
