Description
Seafari is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-side cottage on Dauphin Island’s Gulf of Mexico beach. This cozy beach home is just a few hundred feet from the water, with no busy streets to cross. Very quiet area. No crowds. This beautiful beach home has a partial gulf view. This home is pet-friendly (by prior written arrangement) and will accommodate up to six persons. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins and 1 double bed. The house has plenty of deck space to enjoy the sun and a lower covered deck to relax out of the sun.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway that can fit 4 cars. Free overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Access beach by walking down Portier Ct.

We really enjoyed our stay! It served our family of 4 (plus grandparents and two dogs) perfectly. The place is literally 100 steps away from the private beach entrance (I counted!). It is loaded down with all the amenities you could possibly need. It’s also a good place to run/bike from as it is very close to a bike lane/path that runs almost the entire length of the island (7ish miles). Price is also very reasonable especially considering just how close you are to the water. We’d love to come back!

The home was clean, well stocked and just a few steps from the beach access point. It’s also just a couple blocks from many of the shops and restaurants on the island. If you’re staying here, you do not need to bring or purchase any beach supplies. This home has it all – sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and even a fishing rod. The house had great AC, was tastefully decorated, had comfy beds and sofas, and just overall a great place to stay. The management company provided great communication for check in, check out and even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. 10/10

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! There is a closet full of beach umbrellas and toys, and the house is stocked with towels, so we were able to pack light and leave all these things at home. Really great location — beach is at the end of the short street. Definitely the perfect cottage for an easy, fun vacation to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seafari house. Very short walk to the beach, great location. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch listening to the birds and on the beach. Overall it was a great trip! We will definitely be back to Daulphin Island!

The beaches are shared by the other beach houses on your street. There is no public parking, so it would just be other guests in walking distance.

It is a 3 minute walk to the beach from Seafari. It has a private driveway.

Great vacation home
We stayed in Seafari for a few days and loved it. The home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need (except a can opener). We enjoyed being able to take our fur baby on vacation too.
The short walk to the beach and the under house deck were great also.
