Welcome to Sea La Vie, your coastal retreat just steps from the Gulf-front beaches of Dauphin Island. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house offers sweeping water views, room for the whole crew, and everything you need to unwind and make lasting memories.
Inside, a light-filled open layout creates a relaxing atmosphere where conversations flow easily between the kitchen, dining area, and living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an eye-catching aqua island perfect for prepping snacks or serving up sunset cocktails. The adjacent living space is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and large windows that frame the view.
Step outside onto the partially covered Gulf-facing deck, ideal for soaking up the sun, grilling dinner, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves in the distance. With beach access just steps away, you’re never far from a splash in the surf or a stroll along the shoreline.
Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 12):
• SE King Suite – King bed, deck access, en-suite bathroom (shared with one guest room)
• NE Queen Suite – Queen bed, shares bathroom with primary
• SW Queen Room – Queen bed, deck access, shares hall bathroom
• NW Bunk Room – Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and Full-over-Full bunk bed, shares hall bathroom
The bathrooms are conveniently located for easy access from each bedroom.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, along with WiFi and a fully outfitted kitchen. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is included—please plan to bring extras for your stay. A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

We loved staying here! The beachfront property was so peaceful. You could hear the waves all day long with the door open. It was the perfect little getaway for my family. No need in a condo anywhere else bc this was perfect. The only thing I have to say that wasn’t positive is that we had 5 kids under 5 and an 8 month old crawling on the wooden deck. Everyone had splinters from playing. And not just little splinters, big ones. Other than the deck needing some upkeep, the place was great! If you have small kids, bring a baby gate for the stairs! We did and it allowed us to relax without worrying about someone falling down the stairs.

Loved the decor and floor plan, and the view was amazing!! The only thing that could make it better would be elevated chairs on the deck to look over the railings to enjoy all the dolphins and pelicans diving.

We loved the ease of check in and check out. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We took multiple sheets to cover the couches (our pup sheds ALOT), but they had slip covers. We could tell it was cleaned every time. You are right in front of the water and we slept like babies to the sound of waves. Ice in freezer was completely frozen together- pick up a bag of ice if you like ice. If you want to walk along the beach for miles, this may not be the location. It was a perfect house for a lazy, relaxing vacation!
