Screamin’ Peace

Screamin’ Peace enjoys beautifully scenic views of Graveline Bay, with much of the backyard decked over for an enjoyable and convenient waterfront experience. The home is in a wooded part of the island on a secluded bayfront street that really provides that quiet dauphin island experience that is so sought after.

The home, built in 1995, has a mix of warm wood accents throughout, including a beautiful butcher block kitchen counter. It has a classic beach house style with tasteful furniture pieces throughout.

The master enjoys a direct view of Graveline Bay with a direct walk-out door to the covered porch. The wrap-around porch will provide spectacular reviews and room to spread out. There is a massive waterside deck as well. Swim, catch fish, set your crab traps, and bring your boat. This home is going to be unforgettable. It is close to everything on the island.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
10. Insurance policies do not allow the use of cargo lifts by guests.

Parking Instructions

Driveway accommodates up to 5 vehicles. The public beach is approximately 0.2 miles from the property. To access it, turn left out of the driveway, then take a right on Penalver St. Take a left on Bienville and the Public Beach will be on your right.
