Description
Room for all in this open floor plan beach house designed for outdoor living! Enjoy modern conveniences, streaming services (Hulu Live complimentary) in every bedroom, and a custom kitchen. The back deck is where you’ll spend many hours when you’re not in the water. A shaded deck will give great views of our happy hump (bridge) and beautiful sunsets on the bay. The deck has a large grill, a large dining table, and a large seating area. Private beach in your backyard with a bayside deck, hammocks, and furniture. 4 kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, a corn hole set, and crab traps are included! Catch your dinner outback! Shallow waters in the Bay are perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and learning to snorkel for children. Enjoy this large 5/4 Dauphin Island Beach Rental with your extended family and friends! Gulf Beach is across the street with full access 0.35 miles from the end of your driveway!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
10. The next door pier is NOT part of the property and should NOT be accessed.
11. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway and parking for several cars. All overflow must be parked at Green Park next to Ship & Shore. Gulf side beach access via streets and courts only – you can park on these streets with a parking pass (we will provide). Do not walk between houses. The closest access point is Sam Houston St to your east and Sehoy St to your west. Both are 0.35 miles from your driveway.
PLEASE NOTE THE PIER NEXT DOOR IS NOT PART OF YOUR RENTAL AND SHOULD NOT BE ACCESSED. It is private property.

Beautiful views, wonderful home!
We spent a wonderful time with family in this beautiful home with panoramic views of the bay! The beach is just across the street and easily accessible. Home was extremely clean with great bedding as well as plenty of room for all family members. Owners are great with communication! Amenities are top notch, we look forward to spending more time in this home!

Wonderful family vacation home.
I went down to Dauphin Island with family Memorial Day last year. We had such a great time, we have it booked again for this year.
The stay was so nice. The house is so clean. Even the showers, which can be grity sometimes. The house offers so much. Washer, dryer, beach items, and a full kitchen of everything you need to cook a great dinner. It has an enormous back porch. Great for morning coffee and great sunsets.

Dreamy Getaway!
This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family! The sunsets were breathtaking every evening, painting the sky with stunning colors. One of the highlights was the extra beach toys available, especially the kayaks. Kayaking on the bay near sunset was magical—we even saw dolphins swimming nearby!
The house itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge grassy area was a great bonus, giving the kids space to run and play when we took a break from the beach.
Everything about our stay was fantastic, from the thoughtful amenities to the unbeatable views. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Sandy Cheeks in October! The weather was perfect, with beautiful sunny days and low crowds, which made for a relaxing getaway. Dauphin Island was easy to navigate, and we enjoyed exploring the local restaurants – they offered some delicious meals.
The house itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed with the bayside beach – it exceeded our expectations! The calm waters made it ideal for our young kids to enjoy safely, and the views were just stunning. The Gulf beach was equally beautiful, and we loved how easy it was to access.

Our stay at Sandy Cheeks was incredible. The house was spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room for family cookouts and dinners, as well as playing games or just hanging out. The views are spectacular. The kids had a blast paddling the kayaks and swimming on the bayside. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful, with waves and sugar white sand. The sunsets were breathtaking. We love this house and look forward to returning soon.
