Description
This spacious 3 bedroom Gulf of Mexico beach house has a great Gulf View location, located directly on the white, sandy Gulf of Mexico beach, just one house back from the water. In addition to the Gulf view, it even has a rooftop Crow’s Nest for unsurpassed Dauphin Island views!
The home is comfortably-furnished, with new living room furniture and new flooring (2019). It has plenty of great Gulf views throughout the home’s light, sunny interior. A sliding glass door leads to a Gulf-Side balcony with steps leading down directly onto the beach. All bedrooms have new, comfortable beds.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet applied.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway that accommodates 4 cars. Free overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore.

Spectacular
We had a great time everyone enjoyed it, would love to come again soon. Everything we needed was there, the weather got a little cold but we still enjoyed everything about it. wouldn’t mind coming back very soon maybe you have some discounts for us.

Fabulous house - right on the beach!
We stayed in this beach house for my sister’s birthday celebration. There were eight of us, spanning three generations. Everyone had a great time. We loved walking down to see the sunrise and the sunset, or just to stroll along the beach. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths is a perfect size. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. We were able to pay a pet fee at the last minute so my sister could bring her little dog along. There were really no negatives. This was a very good experience.

Lots of fun despite all the BP Workers! No Oil though!
We loved being right on the beach – it was fabulous. This is a very spacious place. The deck was incredible and we spent lots of time on it overlooking the ocean.

Overall good.
I’m 6’5″ so a king size bed would have been a big plus for me. The blinds on the sliding doors to the decks need a lot of help. It was a very good experience despite the earthquake! Hope to return!

The second picture shows the aerial view. The house is 3 houses from the water and you would walk down Raphael Semmes Ct to access the beach.
