Description
Reel Views DI is a three-bedroom and two-bath beach house in walking distance of the gulf beaches. This location is great and the home has terrific furnishings, a comfortable layout with an open floor plan, a great hang-out space underneath, and everything you need for your beach vacation. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your front porch and a view of one of the Dauphin Island Canals, where you can watch boats and fishermen start and end their fishing journeys. The closest gulf beach access is just 2-minute walk from your driveway! This property is not pet friendly.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
Parking Instructions
Driveway has room for four vehicles. To access the beach, turn right out of the driveway and walk to the end of St. Stephens (400 ft).

The host was very responsive and friendly.
The house had everything we needed and we loved the oversized towels.
Both bodies of water were within a minutes walk and we had great views of dolphins in the mornings along the Gulf side.

Host company was very responsive to a few things that came up when we arrived.
Layout of the house was great for our 2 families. The kids enjoyed the bunk room! Comfortable bedding.
Checkout instructions were on the fridge which was nice. And a beach trolley was provided which came in handy. Overall was very happy!

Our trip for spring break 2025 was wonderful! Well spent time with family in a cozy beach house with beach access right across the street, large front porch, beach cart, and fun games! We will definitely be back, my kids had a blast!

The location of this house is great! Very short walks to the Gulf and the Sound side. Also, a great view from porch of a canal where you can see amazing sunrises. The house does need some updates inside but I would still say it was worth the price because of the location.

This is not our first time staying here, and we love this location. We had one small hiccup with the TV, but DIBR was easy to communicate with, proactive, and extremely fast in solving the issue. We can’t wait to stay again.

The house was even nicer and cleaner than expected or described. We thought it was a great value and had tons of room for a family of 3 but could have easily accomidated a much larger family. Great porch and literally 2 minute walk from either beach. Plenty of household items and appliances that we did not expect so we brought way too much that we didn’t even need. If we ever stay on Dauphin Island again this house will be top of list to check. Even better than much more expensive places we have rented on Cape San Blas. I like the CSB beaches better but it has gotten way overpriced. Good experience for accomodations made DI a much better trip than I hoped!

We enjoyed our stay and the beach. We also enjoyed the beach. The sand toys, boogy boards and other beach equipment were handy for us. The beach to the other side, north of the house had better shells and amazing sunsets.

We loved the proximity to the beach! With 6 kiddos it was so nice to be able to walk back to grab something, eat, lay down, etc. we lucked out because they were fixing the beach access point right by the house during our stay so it was not busy at all. When we left they had just opened it back up and it was crowded. I probably would have worried ab kiddos coming and going if it was open due to the traffic.
The house was stocked. We stay at a lot of air bnbs so I have a tub of “we will need this and they probably won’t have it” things, except this house had it all.

We enjoyed our stay on Dauphin island. It’s a beautiful little island with lots of access to beach. We got everything we needed in this rental and enjoyed the board games as well when the weather was in the middle.

Children under 3 are very welcome. They do not count toward the max occupancy, however.
