RAMBL ONE is beautifully furnished gulf facing condo on Dauphin Island. It is part of the Beach Club Condominiums, which includes two gorgeous swimming pools and a boardwalk that takes you directly to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo was remodeled and refurnished in 2021 and is very well cared for! Beautiful flooring, granite counters, comfortable furniture and a beautifully done modern beach aesthetic throughout! You will really be able to settle in, relax and enjoy the beach vacation you are dreaming of!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
Parking Instructions
Parking for 2 vehicles. Free overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Beach Access via Board Walk on Gulf Side of Property.

Hi Erica, The full amount is due prior to 60 days of your arrival. If you are booking a property in advance, a deposit will be taken and then final payment will be processed 60 days prior to your arrival.

The location was nice because it was close to a few good places to grab food. Also, even though the boardwalk was a little long to get to the beach, it made us make the decision to stay out there longer and not track back and forth and get sand everywhere.

We also love your perspective on the boardwalk. While it may be a bit of a walk, we’re happy to hear it encouraged longer beach days and helped keep some of the sand outside where it belongs! Sometimes those uninterrupted hours by the water make for the best vacation memories.

This was a wonderful place to stay.
We had 10 people in this condo and were all very comfortable. Every room has its own bathroom and that is a wonderful feature.
You can take the boardwalk right to the beach which is such a plus on the island.

The unit was nice and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it accommodated us very well. It was easy to find and instruction were clear to get into the unit. Our family truly enjoyed it.

I would describe this rental as a perfect family condo. Lots of room and all the essentials. Maybe not luxurious, but nice and all you need. A family of four plus grandma stayed comfortably. The pools and beach access were excellent.
