Welcome to your dream beach house escape! This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Gulf view beach house offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking coastal beauty. With a private heated pool, convenient beach access, and spacious living areas, this vacation rental promises an unforgettable experience for your family or group.
Take a dip in the heated pool any time of the year. Lounge on the pool deck and soak up the Gulf Coast sunshine while sipping your favorite beverages.
This beach house boasts a spacious open floor plan, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights.
Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and style, with its own private bathroom. The master suite, with its king-size bed and stunning Gulf views, is a true retreat. Both gulf view bedrooms walk out to the pool deck.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 5 vehicles. To walk to the Beach, go left out of the driveway on Bienville Blvd and turn right on Sehoy St. It is a 3-minute walk.

The place was beautiful and big enough for our family vacation with 17 guests. It was close to the beach, and we spent the bulk of our time in the pool. With toddlers, we appreciated the separate entrance to the pool. With a large group, we had a variety of entertainment options on Dauphin Island.

This newly constructed house was very spacious and accommodating for my entire family. They love having their own space after spending most of the day in the common areas. We had plenty dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels, etc and we loved having the pantry. The living room and front bedroom was missing lamps for soft lighting but other than that this vacation was fantastic!

The beaches are all public with the exception of the paid beaches; the East End Beach, the Middle Beach, and the West End Beach. They are maintained by the town and are not next to Purple Waves.
