Welcome to your dream beach house escape! This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Gulf view beach house offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking coastal beauty. With a private heated pool, convenient beach access, and spacious living areas, this vacation rental promises an unforgettable experience for your family or group.
Take a dip in the heated pool any time of the year. Lounge on the pool deck and soak up the Gulf Coast sunshine while sipping your favorite beverages.
This beach house boasts a spacious open floor plan, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights.
Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and style, with its own private bathroom. The master suite, with its king-size bed and stunning Gulf views, is a true retreat. Both gulf view bedrooms walk out to the pool deck.
Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows. If you want the pool heat turned on, please contact our office. Pool heat is $50/day.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
10. Optional pool heating fee is $50/day
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 5 vehicles. To walk to the Beach, go left out of the driveway on Bienville Blvd and turn right on Sehoy St. It is a 3-minute walk.

Loved the place. There was a storm, it knocked the grill over and we couldn’t really find cleaning supplies I.e.a broom. Minor wear and tear in the place for a vacation rental. All around, we loved our vacation and would definitely revisit

Very nice place! Easily accessible to beach very short walk. The only issue was that one of the beds wooden bottom was broken causing the mattress to cave in. Reported it on the Saturday and they were there Monday to fix it.. overall great place!

We had an exceptional stay here on the beautiful Dauphin Island and would highly recommend this beautiful, shiny clean home, which had a great set up, including plentiful bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms, as well as a gorgeous pool. We LOVED the convenient, warm pool and spent many hours playing there and it was so easily accessible. The waterfront views from the deck were truly something special. We rented golf carts during our stay there and went just down the street for our best beach experiences! The peace, tranquility, and beauty of Dauphin Island make it a truly special place. The home was very nice and spacious—plenty of room for our group. The pool was great and a highlight of our stay, and there were plenty of towels available.
I feel that there could have been better cleaning done beforehand and a fe minor updates. With better cleaning and a few updates, this would be a great place to stay.

The house is very well laid out with the bedrooms surrounding all of the common areas. The building was clean and neat. Internet reception was solid with no outages. There is plenty of parking space. The pool was clean and well kept. It was really nice to have a separate freezer.

The place was beautiful and big enough for our family vacation with 17 guests. It was close to the beach, and we spent the bulk of our time in the pool. With toddlers, we appreciated the separate entrance to the pool. With a large group, we had a variety of entertainment options on Dauphin Island.

Everything about this stay was great! Check in was a breeze, it was clean and just as described! We had an issue with the gas on the grill, Maintenace was there just a short time after to fix the issue. We did arrive back from the beach one evening and wanted to get in the pool, but the heater wasn’t working and since it was evening time, we didn’t feel the need to bother someone to have it looked at so that was on us! Perfect location and just minutes from the beach. We would absolutely without a doubt stay at this location again and are already making plans for next year!

This newly constructed house was very spacious and accommodating for my entire family. They love having their own space after spending most of the day in the common areas. We had plenty dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels, etc and we loved having the pantry. The living room and front bedroom was missing lamps for soft lighting but other than that this vacation was fantastic!

The beaches are all public with the exception of the paid beaches; the East End Beach, the Middle Beach, and the West End Beach. They are maintained by the town and are not next to Purple Waves.
