Lemon Breeze is a newly constructed five-bedroom, five-bathroom oceanfront beach house! It is fully decked out with ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom and 3 King Suites! The two oceanfront suites walk right out on the beachside deck. Enjoy your private heated pool for year-round swimming! The deck is oversized and will allow everyone to find great places to relax and enjoy the sounds of waves, in the sun or shade! Also, enjoy your private waterfront beach volleyball pit!
The house is exquisitely furnished as a top-tier vacation rental. The owner did not cut any corners. It comes with a second refrigerator and chest freezer, so you can plan a great uninterrupted beach vacation. Come check out Lemon Breeze for your dream beach vacation!
This property is on a highly desirable through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast!
Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
Driveway will accommodate 5 vehicles. Beach access by foot, property is beach front.

This house was absolutely fantastic! The location on the beach was amazing and we had lots of privacy and the house layout was great for 3 families to fit comfortably and have some privacy with our own rooms and bathrooms! The pool was warm enough to swim and they had everything we needed to have fun in the pool and at the beach. We will definitely be going back and I will definitely booked with Dauphin Island Beach Rentals again!

Lemon Breeze was a wonderful stay with my family and a handful of kiddos! Loved having a large communal area to hand and eat. Plenty of places to eat, including 12 dining room seats. Plenty of lounge chairs on a very spacious deck and a lot of beach chairs to use with the beach being right outside the deck! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies which we really appreciated! Definitely will be staying here again!

The Lemon Breeze was amazing. The house is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space, with large bedrooms and a huge open living/dining area. Very large dining table inside and outside under the covered deck. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary essentials and more. There was very nice deck furniture on the front and back deck. The covered back deck and pool deck was huge. The pool was a nice place to chill and refresh. The volleyball net and cornhole set was fun. And there were beach chairs. Parking was covered under the house with plenty of lighting.
The staff at Dauphin Island beach rentals were very accommodating. They are locals and go above and beyond on everything. I cannot wait to schedule another trip back to the Lemon Breeze.

Really enjoyed staying here. Home was very well outfitted, clean and has a great floorplan. Paper products were in very tight supply and none of the stores we found had any paper products for purchase either. Less than one roll of kitchen paper towels does not last long with a family. Other than that everything else was perfect and would highly recommend staying here.
