Description
Lavender Haze is an adorable beach house located in the Village District of Dauphin Island, close to the town center, food, entertainment, and beaches! This home will comfortably sleep six people. It was completed in 2023 and finished with a modern aesthetic that will relax and enchant you for a memorable beach vacation. There are two king beds and great outdoor space to wind down your evening in the breeze.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
Parking Instructions
Parking for 4 vehicles in driveway. You are 0.8 miles from closest Public Beach access. Take a left out of the driveway, a left on Navarez St, a right on Bienville Blvd and the Public Beach Parking lot will be on our left. You may also choose to park at one of the access points further on down the west end with a parking pass. If you do not have parking passes at the property, please call the office.

Stayed here with my husband and our four littles. The location was great, nice and central, a stone’s throw away from the beaches and local amenities. Only had to reach out once to the host and they were prompt and polite in their response.
The property is beautiful, inside was clean and all appliances worked perfectly. Outside had a nice patio to lounge while the kiddos played and there was enough room to park during a couple bad storms. Next door was having work done but we were hardly there during the daytime to worry about their noise and they were done in the evening.
Check out instructions were clear and reasonable. We had a beautiful time and will likely book here again next time we wish to visit the island.

Breezy Decks offers a golf cart that is included with the rental. Please bear in mind that the golf cart included is not street legal and must stay within the neighborhood.

This home was exactly as listed! Provided a safe and cozy place to call home while on vacation and made our first experience with rentals a breeze! Located close to everything….beach, food, ice cream! Would definitely use location again.

Exactly as described and I would highly recommend. It can very comfortably fit 6 people (we had 3), fun games made available including corn hole, very clean, plenty of towels, front porch seating. Easy access to restaurants and central to beaches. It was great! Only recommendation is to make sure you get your bug spray ready for when you walk out of the door – mosquitoes everywhere as is expected in a wooded, wet area (I recommend No Natz)

Our stay in the Lavender House was great. The house was supplied with a we needed and super convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. Great house for families. The host was very responsive when we had any questions and easy check-out and check-in.

100/10 recommend! This was a super cute beach house that looked exactly like the pictures. Our hosts were always super responsive, they had some amenities set up for us when we got there like soaps and a few trash bags, laundry soap etc. They went the extra mile to include small things in their house that made all the difference like an outdoor hose to spray off our beach stuff and board games inside. We got a pass for private beach access for staying there which was a happy surprise. Dauphin island is beautiful and Dauphin Island Beach Rentals included a guild to the island like places to each and shop which was extremely helpful.

Lavender Haze was very nice, smelled great and was exactly as described. The area was peaceful and quiet.
Only issue I had was the mosquitos, but the rental company didn’t have control over that issue. Maybe if the patio area could get screened, sprayed for mosquitos, or added citronella candles would make Lavender Haze a paradise.

Had a family of four stay at Dauphin Island for five nights. The property was very nice and very clean. Photos were accurate. The property is in walking distance of Pelicans Pub/Dockside restaurant and the bakery and Miguel’s and Foxy’s restaurants. Public beach is a 3 – 4 minute drive. I am an avid birder and walked the 100 yards to the marshes by the airport for birding. Overall, I would highly recommend this property if being right on the beach is not crucial to you.

Great stay for a quick trip with friends. We brought our bicycles and loved riding to the beaches and around the island. Two of us rented bicycles nearby and can recommend that as well. There isn’t a big name grocery store near by, so remember to bring groceries or you’ll have to drive far or purchase at the expensive but convenience ship and store.

It is 0.8 miles from closest Public Beach access. You may also choose to park at one of the access points further on down the west end with a parking pass. We supply parking passes for our guests. There is a propane grill at the property.

Fantastic home
Perfect house in the middle of the island. The inside is very well decorated and the furniture is so comfortable. We loved the outside area under the house. We would set out there in the morning with our coffee and it was so peaceful. We will be back!
