Las Brisas is your ground-level vacation retreat on Dauphin Island, where comfort meets convenience! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 8 guests and offers step-free access for easy entry.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming open floor plan with a common area featuring a sitting area, living room, dining space, and kitchen, perfect for gathering and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, a dedicated pantry, and a convenient kitchen island with a built-in microwave and seating. A large laundry closet attached to the kitchen adds to the convenience.
The southeast master suite offers a king bed, closet, TV, and luxurious private bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. The northeast queen bedroom features a dedicated TV and closet and is conveniently located next to the common bathroom. The southwest bunk suite includes a king bed over two twin beds with a ladder and shelving, a dedicated TV, a closet, and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
Outside, Las Brisas boasts a back patio with a sitting area and dining space, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The backyard features a concrete pad with additional seating, offering natural privacy for your enjoyment.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
Parking Instructions
Parking is allowed in driveway. Can accommodate 2 cars.
Closest beach is the East End beach at end of Bienville Blvd, 0.9 miles.

Loved my stay at Las Brisas!
Everything about my stay was peaceful and just what I had hoped for. Within walking distance to the East end of the island and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary.
I had an issue with the microwave not working but it was remedied early the next day.
The rental company was very responsive and helpful.
I’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available during my next visit!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Las Brisas is located near all your “go-to” places: Ferry, Aquarium, Fort Gaines, Bird Sanctuary, and one of the three public beaches (although you’re not far from any of them). My two older kids loved the bunk room; also liked that they had their own bathroom. The beach decor is welcoming without being too overbearing. We meal plan quite a bit on trips and the kitchen was excellent for our needs. Dauphin Island Beach Rentals is a friendly and professional group; we felt well cared for during our stay.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space for our party of six. The description of the property location is accurate. We enjoyed the short walk to the bird sanctuary very much. The home is fully equip and furnished with all the necessities, and if you need anything the staff is very responsive. Appreciated the comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and washer and dryer. A bonus for my family was the great customer care we received during our stay. Looking forward to staying here again in our next visit to the island!

It was a great location! The bird sanctuary is in walking distance and leads out to the beach! There is a walking/bike path down the main strip of the island that was very convenient. It was just us two moms with 5 kids total and it was perfect for us to get to the beach/breakfast with out being over welmed. The house felt brand new, and if we had any questions they were quick to answer.
