The open concept living area is the heart of the home, bringing together the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one bright and inviting gathering space. Large windows and sliding glass doors showcase stunning Gulf views while filling the home with natural light.

The living room features a large sectional sofa, oversized television, and a built-in entertainment nook with custom cabinetry and coastal accents. A nautical-inspired ceiling fan and relaxed coastal décor create a welcoming atmosphere for spending time together after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is designed for both convenience and entertaining, featuring rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island with open shelving. Whether preparing breakfast before a beach day or a seafood feast for the whole group, you’ll have everything needed to make meals easy and enjoyable.

Throughout the home, coastal colors, tile flooring, crown molding, and comfortable furnishings create a relaxed beach house atmosphere that perfectly complements the waterfront setting.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 14):
• SW King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom, Gulf front deck access
• SE King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom, Gulf front deck access
• NW Queen Room – Queen bed, TV, located next to the west common bathroom
• NE Bunk Room – Two full over full bunk beds, TV, located next to the east common bathroom
• W Common Bathroom
• E Common Bathroom

The two Gulf-front king suites provide direct access to the deck, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf from the comfort of their room.

Outdoor living is one of the standout features at Just Beachy. The large Gulf front deck was updated in 2024 and provides an exceptional place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and breathtaking sunsets over the water.

With the beach directly behind the home, guests can easily move between the deck and the shoreline throughout the day. Whether you’re building sandcastles, collecting shells, swimming, or simply listening to the waves roll in, the Gulf is always just steps away.

The direct beachfront location creates an immersive coastal experience where the sound of the surf and endless water views become part of every moment of your stay.

Nearby Attractions / Area Perks:
During your stay, explore Fort Gaines, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, and the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Local restaurants, bike paths, and marinas make it easy to enjoy the relaxed pace of island life while experiencing everything Dauphin Island has to offer.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

Parking Instructions

The driveway will accommodate 3 vehicles. There is overflow parking in town at Green Park. The property sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
