Description
High Tide is an expansive 6-bedroom beach house right on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is maintained in a pristine condition and enjoys modern touches throughout, with beautiful lighting, a large open floor plan, and stunning views of the gulf from the living room and large gulf deck. The home is well furnished with plenty of seating, a large kitchen with an island, TVs in every bedroom, and 2 gulf side king suites! Six bedrooms and FOUR bathrooms make it easy for multiple families to relax and settle in for an extended beach vacation. The house is pet friendly (2-Pet Maximum Limit) with a $100 pet fee.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
10. Home Owner Insurance prohibits the use of cargo lifts by guests.
Parking Instructions
Large driveway next to the house with parking for four cars (possibly more depending on size). DO NOT park on St. Andrews Ct, you will be ticketed. Free overflow parking at Green Park next to Ship N Shore.

Hi Tide was perfect for are group of 14 and was exactly as it looked in the pictures…We loved how close it was to the beach and the house was very spacious. Will definitely recommend and book this rental in the future.

Ranging in ages from 72 years to 11 months, it was the perfect size to have everyone together in one space for movies, games, meals, etc but also give everyone space when needed.
•Very clean. Very well decorated with different themes in each bedroom & bathroom [although we did have to relocate some very cute trinkets away from little fingers].
•Deck could use a little attention such as hammering down nails, nothing major. Outdoor shower location was probably the biggest negative; some still used it anyway, and some opted for the hose on the deck instead.
•This is our 4th extended family vacation, and they have all been at different locations. Dauphin Island is the perfect blend of spacious yet having plenty of options for outings. We have experienced both too loud and too isolated so it was perfect.
•We wish we had found it sooner and wish we could stay again, but we will need a bigger house next time with the family steadily growing in numbers & ages.
•We did have to reach out to the property manager on a couple of occasions and received a prompt response.
•5+ stars across the board!!

We collect 25% down payment with the remainder due 60 days before check-in. You can cancel more than 60 days out, with a $100 cancellation fee. Inside of 60 days, the reservation is non-refundable.
