Description
See the Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beaches at Hello Sunshine! The private heated pool overlooks the Gulf and is a great place to watch Dauphin Island’s famous sunsets.
The open floor plan allows for ample space to move around and relax. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create and enjoy meals.
Hello Sunshine sleeps up to 20 people and is a pet-friendly property, so you can enjoy your time on your island with your entire family. There are five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Three king ensuites, a queen ensuite, a lavish bunk room with three full over full bunk beds and a gaming arcade (perfect for the kids). There is also a dedicated washer and dryer for your convenience.
Being one house away from the beachfront, this gulf-view beach house has an amazing covered back deck with a dedicated staircase for easy beach access. The private and heated pool is on the side deck. Giving you more places to stay and play after you are done exploring the charms of Dauphin Island.
Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles. The walking path to beach is right beside the property.

The pool at Hello Sunshine is heated and open in November. Please note that this is not an inground pool and is not insulated. When outside temperatures drop below 40 degrees, the pool heater will automatically shut off because it will not be able to maintain temperature.
