Heels In the Sand is a well-furnished 3/3 beach house in the exclusive Desoto Landing neighborhood! It has a spacious living room for seating for 8, a large kitchen and dining room, and a King Suite on the main floor, which also includes a custom ensuite bath. This suite has a walk-out door to the screened-in back deck, with a view of the natural island landscape of sand dunes and island vegetation. A bunk room and the 3rd bedroom are on the second floor, along with a large full bathroom. This vacation rental is great for large families.

Desoto Landing is a Gated Community with very little traffic. The community includes a communal pool and tennis court. It is a 1-minute walk from the property to the beach boardwalk that will take you over beautiful protected sand dunes out onto the beach. The pool and tennis court are also located alongside the boardwalk.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include all adults and children and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
11. Per HOA, exterior lights must be turned off when not in use. Strictly enforced.

Parking Instructions

Parking for 4 vehicles in driveway. Access the beach by turning right out of the driveway. Boardwalk to the beach begins at the end of the street.
