Welcome to Happy Lee Ever After, a charming, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom bayside retreat on Dauphin Island. Perfectly situated on the waterfront and boat-friendly, this cozy beach house offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Step inside to a bright and open common area that features a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula for meal prep and serving. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating with two recliners, two chairs, and a couch, all oriented to take in the stunning bay views through large windows. The dining area seats six, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Down the hallway, you’ll find the Master Bedroom suite with a queen bed, closet, TV, and private bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features a shower-tub combo and a single vanity with ample counter space. The dorm-style bedroom offers a full bed and two twin beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The common bathroom includes a shower stall with a convenient vertical handrail.

Outside, a covered front porch with comfortable seating overlooks the bay, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the scenery. Stairs lead down to the spacious backyard and a covered outdoor living area beneath the house, complete with a wooden bench, Adirondack chair, two rocking chairs, and a large bench for relaxing in the shade.

Located on Cadillac Ave, Happy Lee Ever After is just a short distance from local stores and restaurants. With its prime position facing Graveline Bay and Bayou Second, this tranquil, pet-friendly home provides an ideal setting for your Dauphin Island escape. Whether you’re fishing, boating, or simply unwinding by the water, Happy Lee Ever After promises a memorable stay for both you and your furry companions.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
