Description
This beautiful 4-bedroom oceanview beach house puts you steps away from the water. This open floorplan home will create a great space for your dream beach vacation. The living room, dining and, and kitchen all enjoy great views of the Gulf of Mexico through two glass sliders that provide bright and airy space for you to relax into.
Two ocean-view king bedrooms walk right out onto your oceanview deck. The back deck is large and where you will spend a lot of time. It is partially covered, allowing you to choose sun or shade with great deck furniture for your comfort.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

This house is ABSOLUTELY worth staying at! The covered porch is perfect and we spent the majority of our time just watching the waves crash into the beach. This area is also very family friendly, and has some decent restaurants and souvenir shops.
The only issue we ran into was the lack of salt and pepper, and it would have been nice to have additional laundry detergent. They detergent enough for one load but require a load of towels in check-out. If you want to wash anything please bring your own. The house description said fully-outfitted kitchen, but no salt and pepper was odd. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay and have saved this place for future trips!

Family vacation for a week with 6 adults this was the spot! It was spacious enough for all of us, beautiful view, walking distance to the water, very nice home for a vacation spot! Host was spot on communicated with us while on our stay with any questions or needs. Would definitely go back & stay here!

This house is great. It is just steps away from the ocean. The ocean view was awesome. The house was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Part of the ocean side deck is covered and it has a locking child gate. There are beach toys in the at the house that are accessible to guests to use. We saw dolphins everyday we were there. We loved the house and will stay there again. Great vacation house with an incredible ocean view!

The beds were comfortable. The back porch had a gate which we were thankful and happy it also had a water hose to clean off with before entering the house. Great stay!

Amazing house and host
We loved everything about this house, the location and the host. The views from the back of the ocean and front of the bay sunsets had us mesmerized and wonderful photo opt for amazing pictures. The house is very room very solid and only thing you can hear are the waves from every room. This was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed not 1 dip of sand inside. Also the furniture is very comfy and kitchen fully stocked. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the most relaxing vacation! Thanks for being so kind and responsive.

Beautiful House Amazing Experience
We stayed at Goin Coastal in May 2024 and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities and its proximity to the water made it extra special. We enjoyed hearing the waves from the rooms and enjoying the views from both sides of the house. We will definitely return.

Yes there is a house in front of Goin’ Coastal. When you look through our website, ocean view means there is a house or houses in front of it. Gulf Front or Ocean front means the house faces the water directly.
