Dunes West of part of a duplex in the prestigious Audubon Place neighborhood on Dauphin Island. Enjoy the quiet, gated gulf-front community on your beach vacation! Dunes East has a great layout, an open floor plan, wood floors, a bright white interior, a very private and large 2nd-floor master suite with a gulf view sitting room, and great access to many great Dauphin Island attractions. Dunes The neighborhood is close to Fort Gaines, Dauphin Island Audubon Sanctuary, Billy Goat Hole, Dauphin Island Sea Lab, and the Dauphin Island Ferry, just to name a few. Beach permitted parking passes will be provided to access the designated permitted parking areas along Bienville Blvd. Come relax on your secluded Dauphin Island dream beach vacation!
The 2024 beach restoration has restored the beach to its natural beauty, giving you a vast new beach to relax and play on. The beaches and dunes have been restored, but the dune walkovers are still being constructed. Beachgoers are asked to go to the eastern end of the Audubon Place beach to access the beach. Walking over the dunes will result in a fine.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. To access the beach, walk east out of the driveway to the roundabout and there will be boardwalk going to the beach.
