Description
Dauphin Pearl is a 5/3 on a deepwater inlet on Dauphin Island. Bring your boat! This home has gorgeous flooring, countertops and aesthetics! The rooms are large and have wonderful creature comforts like custom showers. You can really stretch out and enjoy a dream vacation. The outdoor living spaces are a true pleasure, clean and beautiful! Lots of deck space to enjoy the island breeze and the sights and a great boardwalk alongside the water. Plan on fishing, crabbing, and swimming! Easy Access to the Gulf Beach just 0.7 miles away by car and 0.35 miles away by foot.
The house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a large shared custom bathroom with two sinks. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, including two king bedrooms overlooking the canal. The second floor has a large shared full bathroom with two sinks. There is a third half bath at the ground level accessible from outside only.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
Parking Instructions
Parking for four cars in driveway. Overflow parking at Green Park, next to Ship N Shore. The Beach can be accessed by car at St. Stephens Ct (0.7 miles) or by foot at Raphael Semmes Ct (0.35 miles).

It was a very nice place. The view was pleasant. Not happy that the next door construction crew started at 6 am and again at 7 am the next day with loud saws and air tools. Nails sticking out on bottom step out front. Had minor injuries requiring bandaids so that definitely needs immediate attention. Otherwise the home was perfect for the week. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful home that was roomy and decorated lovely. The beds were comfy with lots of extra pillows !
Only suggestion would be for black out curtains in downstairs master that gets full morning bright sun at sun up .. a little light filtering element would be a great addition.
The location was great and so very peaceful. We will definitely go back and stay again.

We find this house when our first rental cancelled on us a month and a half before we were supposed to go and boy are we glad we switched. This house was so beautiful. The island is so peaceful and non crowded compared to gulf shores. We were able to fish right off the dock out back and this house got 16 of us easily with it not feeling over crowded. We had a hiccup with the fridge not being cold and they sent someone right over so our groceries didn’t ruin and fixed it. I cannot say enough about how amazing this home is. Book this house you won’t regret it.

Had a wonderful time. We went in low season, so be sure to check the restaurants hours they close early. Be sure to bring your fishing gear. We fished off the back dock. Nice quiet area.. beautiful little island has a lot of neat architecture. Be sure to get supplies before you get there. The store on Island right downtown is expensive. Also try to visit the sea lab.!
