Description
Dauphin Pearl is a 5/3 on a deepwater inlet on Dauphin Island. Bring your boat! This home has gorgeous flooring, countertops and aesthetics! The rooms are large and have wonderful creature comforts like custom showers. You can really stretch out and enjoy a dream vacation. The outdoor living spaces are a true pleasure, clean and beautiful! Lots of deck space to enjoy the island breeze and the sights and a great boardwalk alongside the water. Plan on fishing, crabbing, and swimming! Easy Access to the Gulf Beach just 0.7 miles away by car and 0.35 miles away by foot.
The house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a large shared custom bathroom with two sinks. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, including two king bedrooms overlooking the canal. The second floor has a large shared full bathroom with two sinks. There is a third half bath at the ground level accessible from outside only.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
Parking Instructions
Parking for four cars in driveway. Overflow parking at Green Park, next to Ship N Shore. The Beach can be accessed by car at St. Stephens Ct (0.7 miles) or by foot at Raphael Semmes Ct (0.35 miles).
