Dauphin Charm is a large gulf front home in a part of the island where there is only one row of gulf side houses! Enjoy a personal beach experience in this over-sized 4 bedroom beach house! Pets are welcome with a pet fee(s) applied. The home enjoys an ample family space with beautiful vaulting ceilings and an abundance of natural light and gulf views. The rear deck enjoys covered and open spaces to enjoy the sunshine or a gulf breeze in the shade.
Home includes 65” smart TV, Wet Bar, indoor and outdoor dining, wrap-around porch with observation area, outdoor section sofa, seating everywhere! Three King bedrooms and a bunkroom! Too much to include!

This property is on a highly desirably through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

We absolutely loved our stay here and are already talking about coming back again! You won’t regret staying here!! The house had everything we needed and is beautiful and great space! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach!! If we weren’t walking right downstairs to the beach, we were enjoying all of the space on the patio where we could look at and hear the ocean. Can’t say enough good things about this house. They were also quick and responsive any time we reached out!

Loved our stay. The place was just steps to the water. Had a great deck with plenty of sitting for our group. The living area and kitchen were large and had places for us all to sit together. The house was clean and stocked. Would stay there again

We have been coming to Dauphin Island since 1985 and all agree that this is the best house we have stayed at. It was described accurately, lovely decor, space for a large family and perfect beach location. We could not have asked for more.

We searched quite a few properties before deciding on this one and we were not dissapointed. When we return to this location I won’t hesitate to book this property again. The location was directly on the beach where I could relax on the deck while my kids played on the beach/water. The photos are accurate and if anything it looks better in person than online. Very spacious all on one level with bedrooms at each corner and a large uncluttered common living area. It’s worth noting that there are two thermostats for each side of the house – something we didn’t realize until the 2nd night, so guests who have different heat/cooling needs can adjust their own bedroom temps. One of the things NOT in the desciption is there is a storge bin under the house with a variety of beach toys for kids – we’d brought some with us and left them behind for future guests. This portion of the island is much more private and it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves.

Perfect beach house for a couple families with young children. Great layout which provides privacy yet central hang out area. Nice wrap around porch for kids to play and for morning coffee. Directly walks out to semi-private beach. Convenient outdoor shower to hose off the sand before going upstairs. A few beach toys provided but bring your own beach chairs. Overall a great stay.

This is our 2nd year staying at Dauphin Charm and we absolutely love it. The cleaning crew does an amazing job. The house is always spotless and smells so good when arriving. It’s fully furnished with everything you need to cook, extra pillows, and covers. We will be staying here every year.

Is this in the area that floods in rain and cars have to be moved?

The house is on the west end which is subject to flooding. This particular property does have an elevated driveway, and it would have to be a substantial storm to require moving vehicles.

We have never stayed in dauphin island but we are planning on staying at this house. Is there a grocery store on the island?

There is a small grocery store called Ship N Shore on the island. We also recommend stocking up in route. There is a Greer’s Super Market 15 miles north of the island and a Super Walmart at Tillman’s Corner which is 26 miles north of the Island, just across I-65.

There is one called ship and shore but we always do a pickup at the walmart in mobile because it’s cheaper!
