Description
This fun and festive beach house is just a short walk to our famous white sandy beaches! Coconut Breeze is beautifully decorated in bright colors and an attitude for enjoyment! The home is very comfortably furnished for a large group, with beautiful pine floors and accent rugs throughout. The open-concept floor plan is great for families to be together and enjoy the views of the beach.
The home sleeps 12 people. The outdoor space is well designed with great views and great deck furniture to enjoy them from!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway accommodates 4 vehicles. The beach is a 1-minute walk down St Denis.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. A few steps to the beach. Centered in the middle(ish) of the island half way between the Estuarium on one end and west beach on the other. West Beach is the place to shell, if you are into that. We sat on the deck and watched the dolphins right in front of the house while we drank our coffee each morning. The kitchen had everything we needed (if you love a big cup of coffee or tea, bring your own, their’s were small) but there was plenty of dish ware and silver ware for our family, with 7 adults and 4 children.
I found the bed comfortable (my husband did not). It’s possible mattresses could need replacing. My only other issue was no hangers in any of the closets, so bring your own. The house is super livable with wide plank floors and a big deck, plus screened in eating area. We thought it was a great value, and location.

Just a few steps from the beach, Coconut Breeze was a wonderful place to stay. The deck was great to sit outside and stare at the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the kitchen/living room was big enough for the 10 of us. We would definitely book Coconut Breeze again.

Location was great! Beach just steps away. Very big home. The only downfall for us with Daulphin island is there really isn’t much for restaurants, so bring groceries. Buying groceries on the island is beyond expensive. Views are amazing and it’s very peaceful.

Is the beach in front of the home accessible to those staying here? or would we have to walk to the public beach?

In order to access the beach from Coconut Breeze, you would walk down the street it is situated on. You would not have to use a public beach access.

Perfect house for our family…6 adults and 5 kids. The view and the easy walk to the beach was exactly what we were wanting. It was the first time to the island for all of us and cant wait to go back.

Great location and property. Would definitely stay again. Only issue would be trash outside at the property. There seemed to be recent construction work at this property and current construction work going on at a neighboring property- causing lots of debris and trash outside. So watch the little ones closely. This issue should be resolved as soon as construction ends. Overall great stay.
