Welcome to Coastal Breeze, your ultimate retreat on Dauphin Island! Recently updated with incredible amenities, this home is designed to provide a sanctuary from everyday life while offering comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Nestled on Cadillac Ave, Coastal Breeze is centrally located, making it easy to access the island’s beautiful beaches while offering a peaceful escape from the hustle of daily life.
Inside, the cozy common area features a comfortable couch and recliner, perfect for unwinding with a movie or enjoying a quiet moment. The adjacent dining area includes a table for six and a bar seating two, which also doubles as a convenient workspace. The fully equipped kitchen, designed with a classic L-shaped layout and double oven, ensures you have everything needed to prepare delicious meals with ease.
Sleeping arrangements include:
• Master Suite (SW Queen Bedroom): Queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom featuring a shower stall, bathtub, double vanity, and a washer and dryer.
• NW Queen Bedroom: Queen bed
• NE Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk bed, sleeper futon, and a workstation in the closet
The shared bathroom offers ample storage and a shower-tub combo.
Coastal Breeze is packed with amenities to enhance your stay. The newly screened-in back porch features a dining space with direct access to the kitchen, as well as a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The backyard boasts a fire pit and a tiki bar with a grill for guest use, creating a fun and relaxing outdoor experience. Under the house, a paved area offers an outdoor shower and multiple seating areas, providing a cool, shaded refuge from the heat.
Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning on the porch, gathering around the fire pit, or exploring the island’s local attractions, Coastal Breeze offers a welcoming escape. While the home has limited water views, its prime location ensures you are just minutes away from the island’s stunning beaches, making it the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.

Door code never worked our whole stay, but there was a key and we got in after a phone call. Place was as pictured. Lovely decor but maybe too much – lots of fake plants, we had to move many items to use table tops. Great proximity to beach. Awesome outdoor shower. Great communal spaces. One fancy bathroom but lacks hooks for towels and clothes. Main complaint is lack of detergent for appliances – the listing states there’s a “starter pack,” but in reality you have to use the one packet of detergent when you check out, so if you dont bring detergent for dishwasher or laundry, you dont get to use those. One pellet for each machine and 1 roll of TP should be provided for each day of our stay – these are very low cost and it seems petty not to provide them. They said we could pick some up from their office, but we were already put off that we had to visit their office to pick up parking permits (cant they just leave them on site?) – we lost vacay time for that so we just bought our own.

The Town of Dauphin Island sets the rules for the parking passes, which is why we cannot keep them on site. Overall, the house was nice but could use some maintenance and more updates. It was advertised as newly renovated but we only noticed some newer flooring. It appeared clean upon our arrival but we noticed some dead cockroaches under the bed on our last night. Not sure how common that is on the island but we didn’t really notice any while we were there. We tried cooking a few times but unfortunately, our particular unit had an ant problem. However, a quick message to the host and we had staff at our unit with bug spray and they left it for us to combat any returning pests. Apparently it’s been an issue this year with a lot of rentals. We enjoyed our stay and despite a little annoyance with the ants, the management team was very responsive and tried to alleviate any issues we had.

The house was exactly what we wanted. Few minutes walk to the beach, even closer to the bay. It was clean and well decorated. The AC worked great even in the heat advisory days of summer. Easy to get in with the key code, easier to lock up when you leave. The washer and dryer came in clutch for our 4 night/5 day stay. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils and necessities. The outdoor shower was a life saver after the beach. We enjoyed the stay and can’t wait to get back!
