Citrus Grove offers a bright, functional layout designed for comfortable everyday living. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide plenty of room for families, snowbirds, and guests planning longer stays.

The living room features a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, built in shelving, and large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a comfortable gathering place after a day exploring Dauphin Island.

The fully equipped kitchen includes white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating, generous counter space, and a dedicated pantry, making meal preparation easy whether you’re staying for a weekend or several weeks.

Just beyond the main living area, the sunroom provides a versatile bonus space that’s perfect for morning coffee, reading, working remotely, or enjoying a quiet afternoon. The adjacent covered patio overlooks the backyard, giving guests another comfortable place to relax outdoors.

• SW Queen Bedroom – Queen bed, large closet
• SE Bunk Room – Full over full bunk bed with built-in desk

The spacious primary suite is one of Citrus Grove’s standout features. Designed with comfort in mind, it includes separate his and her closets along with a private bathroom featuring individual vanities and sinks, giving couples plenty of personal space during extended stays. A soaking tub completes the suite, creating a comfortable retreat after a day exploring the island.

The covered backyard patio offers a comfortable place to enjoy the fresh coastal air, whether you’re grilling, sharing meals outdoors, or simply relaxing in the shade.

Guests also have access to bicycles, making it easy to explore Dauphin Island’s quiet neighborhoods, scenic bike paths, and nearby attractions at a leisurely pace.

Nearby Attractions and Area Perks:
Centrally located on Dauphin Island, Citrus Grove provides convenient access to everything the island has to offer. Gulf beaches, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, Fort Gaines, the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, local restaurants, marinas, and bike paths are all just a short drive or bike ride away.

The home’s central location, spacious layout, bicycles, and comfortable primary suite make Citrus Grove an excellent choice for snowbirds, remote workers, and guests planning mid to long term stays while enjoying the relaxed pace of island life.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – 100 pet fee per pet plus tax.

Parking Instructions

Guests have access to ample on-site driveway parking, providing plenty of space for multiple vehicles during your stay.

Public Beaches:
Dauphin Island offers four public beach areas:
• East End Beach
• Middle Beach
• Bienville Beach
• West End Beach

Parking is paid; however, once you pay at any one public beach, your parking pass is valid at all four public beach areas for the rest of the day. This makes it easy to explore different beach areas and find the best conditions or a quieter stretch of sand.
