Description
Casa Nova is a 3 bedroom home on a the sandy bay beach of Dauphin Island’s northern side. It is also a short walk to the Gulf beach, so you have the best of both worlds; your own sandy beach with minimal waves, perfect for families with young swimmers, and great for kayaking, paddle-boarding, etc, yet you are also a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach, for surfing, surf-fishing or beach-combing.
The is 3 bedroom home has open decks for sunning and a covered porch for expanded living space! Casa Nova is comfortably furnished and finished with a modern aesthetic throughout. There is plenty of room for all and a large kitchen with everything you need.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 5 vehicles. The bayside beach is right out the back door. The Gulf Side Beach can be accessed by taking a left out fo the driveway on Bridgeview and then a right on Sehoy St. It is a 2-minute walk.

Overall great stay. Inside of house was clean with plenty of fresh towels and extra linens.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Would have liked a standard full size coffee pot. Only a hotel size coffee pot and Keurig, but they got the job done.
Loved the porch that wraps around 3 sides of house, but website did show a portion of the porch screened in, but looked like screen had been recently removed. Porch could really use some additional seating, as that’s where we spent most of our time.
Yard had some debris laying around but looked like stuff blown in from a storm. The outside shower was perfect though after a trip to the beach.
For what was spent and our needs, my family & I were happy with the stay.

This house was a great place to relax and enjoy a private piece of the gulf. The sunsets from the beach here are beautiful. The hosts were fantasic and very helpful. Hope to stay here, or at one of their other rentals, in the future!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Couch folds out into a bed and there’s a storage room downstairs with boogie boards, a kayak, life jackets, crab traps, and a lot of other beach stuff. Great access to the bay side and a short walk to the gulf side.
