Description
Find your peace at Calm Seas, the first-floor condo at Holiday Isle in Dauphin Island. The condo enjoys tremendous views, modern decorations and furniture, and easy access in and out to the amenities of Holiday Isle. Watch the waves or the pool. The unit is fully equipped and will sleep 6 comfortably, with room to hang out or spread out at the Holiday Isle.
Holiday Isle is a low-density Gulf-front Condominium building located right on the Gulf of Mexico beach. Amenities include a beautiful gulf front pool, a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and Gulf view fitness center.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
Parking Instructions
Parking is allowed in the spaces marked for unit. Any additional parking will have to be in spaces not marked for other units or Green Park next to Ship & Shore.

I can’t even say enough about the place, the access to the Beach, the access to anything you needed within walking etc. What a fantastic place!!! The Airbnb was in a great location and was actually the first Airbnb (and I’ve stayed in a few) that had super nice feeling bedding and sheets. I forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner and there was that in the airbnb for us. All you have to do is bring your suitcase of clothes and swimsuit and they have you covered. Highly suggest this condo. The people were very responsive and gave us all kinds of tips etc. to live our best life on vacation. This Island is the best, peaceful, friendly, beautiful…. the list goes on. Will definitely be back!

The condo is approximately an 800′ walk to the beach. Most of the path is boardwalk.
