Inside the house you will find 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bedroom with 3 full bunk beds perfect for the kids or the kids at heart. Each bedroom has a corresponding bathroom perfect for everyone’s convenience. This home is located on the beach and has unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico – all you have to do is go down the stairs and you will be right on the beach. And once it gets dark the vacation can move to the heated pool that is heated year round. The home also has 400Mbps Wi-Fi, a dedicated office/work space, Washer and Dryer, 100+ TV Channels, a grill on the deck, pack-n-play, a high chair for the little ones, and more. This is a pet friendly property a with 2-pet maximum limit.

This property is on a highly desirable through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

The driveway accommodates up to 5 vehicles. The property sits on the beach, with direct beach access from stairs.
