Description
Welcome to Blue Heaven, a luxurious and pet-friendly vacation rental on Dauphin Island. This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom beach house boasts stunning Gulf views, a private pool, and a covered porch, ensuring a memorable getaway for up to 21 guests.
Blue Heaven opens to a vast common area, featuring an inviting living space, dining area, kitchen, and a dry bar. The living room includes a large sectional that converts into a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. The dining table, seating 12, is centrally located between the kitchen and living area. A dry bar with an additional refrigerator is conveniently situated near the dining space. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. The kitchen island provides ample space for meal prep or a quick bite at one of the six stools. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is available for guest use next to the kitchen.
The SE King Suite and SW King Suite each offer guests a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, private bathroom with double vanity and shower stall, and direct access to the covered back porch through sliding glass doors that give a view of the Gulf. The W Queen Suite includes a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The NW Queen Suite features a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet, and private bathroom with a shower stall. The NE Bunk Room has three full-over-full bunk beds, a TV, closet, and an arcade machine. The common bathroom is next to the NE Bunk Room, providing guests with a shower-tub combo.
The covered back porch provides an outdoor dining area with two picnic tables and a propane grill for guest use. A gate leads from the covered porch to the pool deck, where guests can enjoy the private pool, relax in rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, or recline on lounge chairs.
Blue Heaven is located at the beginning of Ryan Ct., providing quick access to the main road for exploring Dauphin Island. A brisk walk will take you to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for a day of sun and surf.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles.
You can access the beach by going down the easement behind the house.

Is there any additional parking close by, as we will have 18 people, meaning possibly 5 vehicles and 2 trailers with golf carts?

To date, the Town of Dauphin Island has provided overflow parking at Green Park which is located next to Ship and Shore. If you do have to use this overflow parking area, please park nearest the road (LeMoyne Ave) and further away from the trees. The area next to the trees is for our Market in the Park days (Thursday and Sunday 9am-3pm). The vendors park in the shady areas next to the trees.

We loved our stay here, incredible views and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware so we were able to cook and grill out some. Plenty of space for two families. The pool was a great addition to the huge deck.
The only thing “negative” worth mentioning is the deck and deck stairs were very unsturdy/wobbly in several areas.

Our multi family group of 14 comfortably enjoyed everything this property had to offer. The pool was delightfully warm and allowed for unrestricted hours of swimming entertainment for the kids. The open living and dining space enabled easy family gatherings and had more than enough amenities to facilitate large collective morning and evening meals. The house was as described. It was perfect for our spring break adventure.

Wow! We were a group of friends that travel and we all love your house, the views were awesome, the pool was so nice. We toured Fort Gaines, enjoy the island and the relaxed feel. The only problem we had was that some since we were seniors (55-70) would have liked a few blanket to use on the beds, and would have liked a broom to sweep floors. Had a problem with the electronic locks code wouldn’t work but used the key. We all said we would like to come back and spend more time and loved the house

The house was absolutely perfect. Exactly as listed. The second refrigerator was a huge plus for our group. It is in a great location, close to food and small shops. Plenty of parking space. Would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and exactly what we expected from the pictures. The beach was walking distance from the property. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool was amazing to have. The host were prompt with responding to messages and answering questions. We had an issue with both propane tanks being empty for the grill and when we reached they were very quick to resolve the problem and had maintenance personally pick them up and get them filled and delivered back to the house for us. You can’t beat this rental house on the beautiful island.

Everything you need in one place! My family really enjoyed staying the weekend at Blue Heaven. It was just like the photos. We enjoyed the spacious back porch and pool. Especially loved the gate around the pool to protect the kids. Huge dining table was great for game nights and BBQ pit worked great. It was a really great stay!!

Wonderful New Home!
Blue Heaven was a great house for our large party of 15 people. We had 9 kids and 6 adults. We had plenty of room, and everything we needed in the house. The pool was great for our kids! The pool also has a gate closed off so kids can enjoy the deck without risking falling into the pool. Great view and not a far walk to the beach. There is not beach access on Ryan Ct road that the house is on, but the access is the next street up! Just a short walk to the beach.
