This prime location ensures you’re always close to the action while enjoying a peaceful retreat at home.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• 1st Floor King Suite – King bed, desk, private bathroom with a double vanity, shower stall, and closet.
• 2nd Floor South King Suite – King bed, closet, private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• 2nd Floor Queen Bedroom – Queen bed, TV, glider.
• South Bunk Room – Two twin-over-full bunk bed.
• North Bedroom – Two full beds, TV.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 5 vehicles. The closest beach access is by Pirates Bar and Grill. Turn left out of the driveway and then right onto Orleans Dr. Parking lot for beach will be at the end of Orleans Dr.

Very nice place to stay! The only complaint I have was there were ants in the kitchen, sand on the floor, and sand in the beds.

Nice, spacious place but could have been cleaner. We encountered bedbugs in one room but the staff was very responsive and addressed the issue immediately. In spite of that my family enjoyed the location and time at the beach.

The place was very accommodating to our group. Easy to find and was convenient to everything on the islands. The images match what we saw when we got there. The place was clean and the restrooms and kitchen had all the necessities for us for the week.
We had two issues when we checked in….the upstair themostat was not working and the outside balcony was covered by pine needles probably due to high wind the days before. These two issues were taken care of the very next day after receiving our msg. Prompt response to our needs and requests.

House was nice and. Directions/instructions were clear. We had to tuck some breakable away to keep out of reach of little hands. Hopefully we got them all put back in their correct places. Overall, it was a nice place to accommodate our large group.
