This coastal residence offers a seamless blend of comfort and style. The open concept living area connects the kitchen, dining space, and living room, creating a natural gathering place for your group. The kitchen is designed with both functionality and style in mind, featuring white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a central island. With double ovens, two dishwashers, and ample prep space, it is well-suited for preparing meals for larger groups. The adjacent dining area includes a spacious table with bench seating, making it easy to gather for meals and conversation.

The living room provides a comfortable place to relax, with plush seating and a large flat screen TV. Thoughtful details like crown molding, recessed lighting, and coastal-inspired finishes add to the home’s polished feel.

Bathrooms throughout the home are well-appointed, including one with a walk-in shower featuring detailed tile work and a freestanding tub for a more spa-like experience. A dedicated laundry area with two washers and two dryers adds convenience for longer stays.

• NE Queen Suite – Queen bed, private bathroom
• SE King Suite – King bed, private bathroom

• North Bunk Room – Two twin over twin bunk beds, located next to the common full bathroom
• Additional Bathrooms – One full bathroom and one half bathroom for guest convenience

Outdoor Living / Beach Access
Outdoor living is a highlight at Blessed at the Beach. Nearly 2,000 square feet of deck space includes sundecks, covered porches, and a screened porch, all positioned to capture Gulf views and coastal breezes.

The private pool and Jacuzzi are located beneath the elevated home, creating a shaded space to cool off during the day or relax in the evenings. Both are heated and available for use from April 1 through October.

Guests can easily walk just about 150 feet, roughly a 1-minute walk, down Ponchartrain Ct to reach the Gulf beach. This quick access makes it easy to spend the day enjoying the sand and water, then return home for meals, pool time, or a break from the sun.

Additional outdoor features include an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach and a fish cleaning station for guests who enjoy fishing.

Nearby Attractions / Area Perks
During your stay, explore Fort Gaines, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, and the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Local restaurants, bike paths, and public beach access points make it easy to enjoy the relaxed pace of island life.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Homeowner Insurance Policies.

Parking Instructions

Large driveway with room for several cars. Free overflow parking at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Beach access by walking down Ponchartrain Ct.
