Step inside to a bright, open living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly, all positioned to take advantage of the Gulf views. Large windows and direct porch access bring in natural light and create a strong connection to the outdoor spaces.
The kitchen is fully equipped for larger groups, featuring two full size refrigerators with ice makers, a spacious island with seating, and generous prep space. A dedicated wine bar includes a drink refrigerator and a stand alone ice maker, making it easy to entertain and stay stocked throughout your stay.
The dining area sits just off the kitchen and provides a comfortable space for shared meals. In the living room, plush seating and a large flat screen TV create a relaxed place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Outdoor living at Beach Happy is centered around the Gulf. The covered back porch offers multiple seating and dining areas, all with wide open water views, making it a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The side porch features a private heated pool with views of the beach and Gulf, creating a peaceful place to cool off while still enjoying the scenery. A staircase leads directly from the home to the sand, making beach access quick and effortless.
Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions around 50°F, heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable below 45°F, and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway accommodates 4 vehicles. Beach access at the bottom of the stairs. 😉

The property is beautiful. The location is excellent for a quiet beach vacation. Overall, the house was clean upon our arrival. The keypad did not work, but the property manager was pleasant and responsive to our call, even taking our call on a Saturday night. She was able to give us access to the key. The layout of the home is perfect for families. There are 3 bedroom suites with views of the ocean. Our family made wonderful memories there, and we are grateful for those. Thank you!

Great place for a large family, The views off the deck of the gulf are beautiful. We went cooler weather but it was still nice. We wish the pool was warmer but the home w we needed.

Beautiful beach house. Very responsive host. Our family had a great time on Dauphin Island and this house was perfect for our family and our stay. The heated pool was the icing on the cake for us! The kitchen had everything we needed for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal.
Will definitely use Dauphin Island rentals again!

There may be beach equipment left behind by previous guests, however, I cannot guarantee their presence due to salt water erosion and storm activity. I do recommend purchasing your own beach equipment or renting it during your stay.

This was an amazing home for our family. We had 9 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with more than enough to have meals each night at home. We never wanted to leave. The pool was an amazing addition for those days we didn’t want to put our toes in the sand. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family and was the perfect home for my 50th bday! Thanks to the team DIBR for being very proactive and responsive during our stay. We will be back!!

My family of 14 stayed here for a week a d it was perfect. The house is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and kitchen. The heated pool was a favorite with the kids. Would book again if I had another large party coming to the area. No complaints at all with this property.

The PERFECT House on Dauphin Island
This was the PERFECT house for us. It’s one of only a small percentage of houses on Dauphin Island that is directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach with no houses between it and the water. Standing on the back deck of this house, you’re 80 feet from the water with a clear and uninterrupted view of the Gulf – it’s wonderful!
The house has plenty of space with a large living / dining / kitchen area (with two refrigerators and a separate ice machine), 5 bedrooms and a bathroom with each, comfortable beds, a huge, covered back deck area (including lots of chairs and tables) with a pool. The pool gets full sun during most of the day and is shaded in late afternoon summer heat which was nice. Sitting on the back deck, the site and sound of the crashing waves was spectacular.
We also appreciated the generous supply of beach towels, bathroom towels, trash bags, etc. that often doesn’t happen at other houses. Also, there were no roaches in the house which was nice (that can be a problem in some beach houses).

This place has it all!
We stayed at Beach Happy for our first visit to Dauphin Island. The home is beautiful and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 toddlers. We appreciated the pool and the large deck. The beach area is gorgeous and so easy to access! All the rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms are super nice. The kitchen was so well-equipped, and included 2 refrigerators with freezers and ice makers. There was an ice maker in the bar area as well. The laundry area was great and the storage in there helped immensely. We were concerned about the pool as we had two toddlers with us, but there is a mesh gate installed to block it from the rest of the deck. That worked out great!

We are currently staying at a rental home in Dauphin Island, and noticed that a lot of the rental homes say waterfront with views of the gulf and the bay but new homes have been built blocking the views since the pictures. Which street is this house on? Thank you.

This house is on a through lot, the part of the island where there is only one row of lots/houses south of Bienville Blvd. The property is accessed from Bienville and sits right on the water.
