With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests, this spacious retreat promises an unforgettable beach experience.
Upon entering, you’ll immediately be greeted by the inviting common area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a floating island and peninsula. The dining area seamlessly transitions from the kitchen’s eating space to a circular dining table, perfect for family meals. The living room boasts a large flat-screen TV and ample seating for guests, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door providing breathtaking views of the Gulf beyond the balcony. A dedicated laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen for added convenience.
The SW King Suite offers guests a luxurious retreat with a king bed, large dedicated closet, TV, and private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower stall. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door provide direct access to the back covered porch and stunning views of the Gulfside beach. The NW Bedroom features two full beds, a dedicated closet, and TV, while the NE Queen Bedroom offers a queen bed, dedicated closet, and TV. A common bathroom with a double vanity and bathtub is located in the hall leading to the two northern bedrooms.
Step outside onto Beach Bum’s large covered patio to enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulfside beach. The patio features an outdoor dining space and living area, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the sunset.
Holiday Isle is a low-density Gulf-front condominium building offering a range of amenities, including a beautiful Gulf-front pool, heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, and Gulf-view fitness center. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Beautiful view, as all the units at Holiday Isle have huge balconies. This unit has very comfortable seating outside, with couches, seats and a full dining table. We spent a lot of out time outside watching the ocean! The inside was also comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped with some empty cabinets for groceries. Loved it, will book again.

Upon Check in we noticed first off that the pictures don’t adequately show how far away the room is from the water. It’s probably a quarter of a mile. Then that night during showers we noticed mold in the bathrooms. The remotes to the tVs did not work, which was inconvenient with a small child. The fire alarms kept beeping due to low batteries. We were forced to check out a day early because the locks stopped working and after contacting the front desk, they told us we would not be able to lock the unit when we were out of the room, which did not feel safe so we left. we contacted the owners multiple times, and all they said was sorry and did not try to remedy the situation at all.

Location, view and condo were all great! Owner is prompt with communication. Rented a golf cart to roam the island, which was fun. I recommend bringing bug spray in the summer because mosquitos can be a bit much on days with no breeze. Equal amounts of rude people and friendly folks… although all at the condo were friendly.Would definitely consider renting again.

We really enjoyed are stay, we loved the Balcony was big enough to fit all of us. We enjoyed eating our meals in the balcony. Lots of space for all 6 of us in the condo. Will definitely rent again in the future

Our family enjoyed a long weekend. The condo was spacious and the furniture was super comfy especially the pillows. There is a five minute walk across the private pathway to the beach. You can rent chairs or carry your own. The DishNetwork was not reliable so bring the Roku if you like watching tv between activities. The pools were clean and never crowded. It was cool inside the condo but there were plenty of extra blankets provided. Be careful with the dryer, push stop before you open the door. The restaurants are limited so prepare to cook meals. I would definitely stay here again.
