Description
Immerse yourself in the sands of Dauphin Island Beaches. Beach Break is a pet-friendly, second row beach house on the gulf side with a cathedral ceiling and great gulf views. With sand all around you, a gulf breeze and great outdoor space on the back deck, relax with friends and family. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house enjoys an open concept fit for time together and it’s own private parking spaces.
Beach Break is a fully furnished vacation home for your family’s beach vacation.This beautiful 4 bedroom house is adjacent to Island Time, Southern Breeze, Sun Spot and Villa Delphinus, so it is ideal for larger get-togethers.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

Driveway on east side of property, fits 3 cars. Pull in from Tristan Ct. Overflow parking available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Can walk to the gulf beach on either side.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Break. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also had the opportunity to watch movies during a stormy morning which was cozy and great! Dauphin Island is a gem and we will gladly return!

We found the property enjoyable. The location is amazing. The views are wonderful and we loved walking down to the end of the island for the sunsets. The kitchen is hige and two or more can work in it well. The only drawbacks were that we had issues with the front door lockâ the punch pad did not always work, took several tries. And there were no bars or hooks for towels, which would have been nice. All in all a great place.

This house was very spacious, with an open living area. Clean and beds comfortable. Just walk down the steps and youâre on the beach!! This was our 2nd time to stay here and we will be back!!

The location of this home is excellent. The access to the beach is great for kids and pets are allowed on the beach as well. The house could use some updates like new beds and a refresh of the kitchen items that are offered but I reached out to the rental company and they immediately replaced the coffee pot for us and that was much appreciated. We would return to this location. Overall the home met our needs and we were satisfied.

We loved this house and enjoyed our stay! The pictures donât show this but there is one house infront of this house before you get to the water- which I didnât mind and it doesnât take away from it at all. I actually prefer to not be ontop of the water. Check in was confusing a little bit because the instructions to get in mention a lock box- but you donât use the lock box at all and just an access code. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Lots of sand toys available as well. There were a couple of small issues but it wasnât a deal breaker or a negative by any means- just normal house stuff. We did enjoy our stay!! The only issue that is worth mentioning is that the balcony spindles definitely need screws and to be moved / screwed in on the inside of the board and not the outside. They are falling off on the steps up and to the condo which is concerning -by the faucet, and there are some around the balcony as well.

The entire family enjoyed our stay at your home! There was plenty of space for the family and our sons dog to spread out and relax. We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would definitely come back.

It was a nice stay. A little out of date, and the windows wouldnât stay open. But, other than that, it was exactly like the photos. My only wish was that the house had other stuff to do I.e. bikes, hammock, swings under the house like the neighbors.

Lovely Location right on the sand. We had a great time at the Alabama Sea Lab with our kids. The wind was pretty intense our first night and so cold. By our third day it warmed up above 60 and was enjoyable. We had trouble getting the door open when we arrived, but the host helped us quickly.

The house looked exactly as the pictures showed. The location was great for families that want close beach access. We loved that the back deck didn’t have steps to the beach because it stayed clean and we could really enjoy the clean deck at night.

Our stay at the Beach Break was awesome!! The location is great with lots of privacy and a beautiful beach right outside. The house is well equipped and was perfect for us traveling with 2 small kids. We had a wonderful 5 days there and when we asked to extend for a day that worked out perfect without any problems. Would go through the same agency and to the same house again if I had the chance!

A Memorable Vacation
We had a fabulous time at Dauphin Island this past week. The beach house was so very wonderful. Actually, it was perfect. We had each one of our kids and grandkids to tell us their favorite experience at Dauphin Island. We loved the ferry and watching our kids/grandkids feed the “scavenger” birds leftover bread as they followed the ferry. Our two granddaughters loved the Estuarium and being able to touch the sea creatures, as well as, looking at the octopus climbing his rock. Our grandson was fascinated with swimming/boogie boarding in the ocean and listening to its sound. One of our sons and his wife strolled the beach at night with flashlights looking at the sea creatures and picking up seashells. Another son enjoyed “hanging out” with his dad on the deck watching the sunset over the ocean. As you can see, we had the best time ever! We will always cherish the memories Dauphin Island provided us. Thanks for everything,

Wonderful break
What a wonderful break we had at Beach Break home on the Gulf at Dauphin Island, so close to the water, wonderful shelling, walks on beach, peace, relaxation, renewal of spirit, sunsets amazing, watched the Shrimp Boats, followed by Dolphin Pods. Home is well appointed, very comfortable, and also contributes to one’s well being. This was a spur of the moment trip, well worth it, and our third trip to the island. Thank You for facilitating such a lovely mini vacation. Kind regards to all. The people of Dauphin Island are also very special. We will return in June 2010.

Beach break 2010
This house is wonderful! From the bed linens to the crock pot, everything you need is here! We had 6 adults and 4 children ages 2-8 and everyone had a comfy bed. The view and sounds of the waves were wonderful. One thing I don’t like about the area (same for gulf shores) is all the oil rigs out in the gulf – detracts from the view. Would also be careful with small children swimming as there are posts of rebar at intervals down the beach (can’t tell what the purpose is) and can be mostly hidden if the tide is high. We would be coming back for summertime if we could!

beautiful beach stay
We had a lovely time staying at Beach Break. The views all around were fabulous and being that close to the water was the best feature. The home was well maintained and taken care of, the amenities were great. I would recommend Beach Break for families with younger children who are happy just playing on the beach and adults without children. My 25 year old daughter said that there wasn’t enough to do. You should also let older adults know that the closest hospital is about a 45 minute drive from Dauphin Island. Unfortunately we had to find this out. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would return again.

The house was great!!
Beach Break was a great house to stay in…We loved it, maybe a little too much. The kids liked their rooms better than their rooms at home. We would love to come in the summer, when the weather is warmer.

Extremely Relaxing
My husband and I shared Beach Break with his Dad and Stepmom and I can honestly say that it was one of the most relaxing, laid back and enjoyable vacations I have enjoyed in a long time. Enjoyed daily walks on the beach with some fantastic shelling. The house is great for multiple families. With three master bedrooms and 3 baths we never had to worry about getting in each others way. We very much enjoyed the ocean view right outside our balcony. You could sit on the couch in the front room and enjoy the ocean view or you could go out on the porch swing and enjoy the same view. The porch swing was one of my favorite spots. The only negative thing I could say about it was that there was only one porch swing and it would of been great to have two porch swings! An area that could stand improvement was the parking -you had to park too far away from the house and had to walk through extremely soft sand to reach the stairs and there was only one staircase in the front of the house. It would benefit if there was a driveway that you could park in or at least a path from the street parking to the stairs that would eliminate the need to walk through soft sand while carrying your luggage up the stairs. It would of been nice to have a staircase with direct beach access off the porch facing the ocean. I would highly recommend this house to anyone desiring a relaxing vacation in a clean, conveniently located to the beach, comfortably furnished house.

Happiness on the beach
Our 3 granddaughters aged 7, 5 and 1 loved the house, the beach, the water, the town, the weather and especially the hermit crabs. This was their first time to any beach and it meant a lot to us that they had a nice lovely home to stay in. The house was everything the website had claimed it was. First day we had a problem with the air conditioning which Nancy promptly took steps to rectify and we had no more issues. We will definitely come again. The Teagues

Great views, great fishing
Our first time to stay at Dauphin Island – we usually stay in North Florida or Orange Beach. The kids loved picking up the seashells, the fishing for spec’s from the surf was very good, the house was well laid out for 8 to 10 people, the sand was white and nice and clean, the response times to get the air conditioner repaired and the bathtub drain to be cleared was really good – overall a great place to stay. Also, the bakery on the island was super nice to go to each morning for breakfast.
