This property is part of duplex that offers great access to Indian Bay. Bring your crab pots, or your boat, or just go for a swim! You are just 1.8 miles from the nearest public gulf beach! This home is spacious, laid out well, and comfortably furnished! Watch the boats come in and out of beautiful Indian Bay. You are in close proximity to all of Dauphin Island’s offerings! This property is pet friendly with a 2-pet maximum limit.

Please note this duplex has a shared laundry room below the units.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.

Parking Instructions

Parking for 2 vehicles. Closest beach access at Dauphin Island Public Beach on Bienville Blvd. Take Desoto Drive to Lemoyne, left on Leymoyne to Bienville blvd. Beach on the left before condos. It is pet friendly and there are picnic shelters. You can also access the beach St. Andrews, Sam Houston or Sehoy St with a parking pass. If you there are none in the unit, please call the office and we can bring you some.
