As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, linens, towels, WiFi, and a fully outfitted kitchen are provided for your stay. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is included to help you get settled, but guests should plan to bring additional supplies for the remainder of their visit. A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum age for the primary renter is 25, and the primary renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum occupancy numbers include children ages 3 and older and may not be exceeded at any time.
3. This is a non-smoking property.
4. A signed rental agreement is required and contains additional rules and guidance.
5. Weddings, parties, and events are not permitted.
6. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
7. Please start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Place trash cans at the street on Tuesday and Friday evenings.
9. This is a pet-free home, making it a great fit for guests who prefer a clean, allergy-friendly environment.
10. Cargo lifts are not available for guest use and are prohibited by homeowner insurance policies.
Parking Instructions
The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles. The closest beach is 1.2 miles from the property. Take Marquette Pl to the end of the street and turn left on Mississippi St. Go to the end of the street and turn left on Alabama Ave. Take a right on Lackland St and then a left on Bienville Blvd. Travel 0.8 miles and the destination will be on the left.

This place is a hidden gem!! Beautiful and comfortable, spacious home. We all enjoyed all the outdoor patio/outdoor spaces. The screened in covered back porch is huge and perfect for relaxing afternoon/evenings. We watched our church service in the downstairs patio, the giant fan was a very welcome amenity… The beds were comfortable the shower pressure was excellent and hot water actually hot and plentiful…
We are out and cooked at the house and had everything we needed. Couches were comfortable, we had plenty of towels and even beach towels for beach days. We brought a golf cart and used that for Island transportation every day and night for getting around the island. Local restaurants were great! The location in a very quiet cul de sac, surrounded by forest of trees made it so peaceful and beautiful! Nothing at all even slightly negative to say about this home and all the surroundings… Definitely will be back. Thank you a million times over.

This was our first trip to Daulphin Island and it did not disappoint. The house was exactly what we saw in the pictures, very clean and well stocked from linens to kitchen to beach items and washer and dryer. It was very spacious both inside and outside. The washer and dryer were definitely a plus. The location was perfect. If we needed a fountain drink we would hop in the car and go right down the road to Circle K or grab yummy waffles for breakfast. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The house was beautiful and perfect !!!!! We enjoyed hanging out on the screen porch after a full day at the beach. We will definitely be back!!

The house was beautiful. Very centrally located on the isalnd. Easy drive to either end. The screened in porch was one of our favorite spots. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. I do recommend stopping before you get there for food or any necessary products. There is a store close but your options are limited. JS Vacations were very responsive. It was a great stay and we would definitely do it again.

The house was fabulous. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was always quick to respond, and the area was quiet and peaceful. My family loved the screened in porch! It is very close to the middle beach access but sadly that was closed during our stay, but nothing on the island is far away so we chose another beach access. I would highly recommend staying here, it was great for families!

This place was amazing. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The back porch was a hit. The home was outfitted with EVERYTHING you could think of. Plenty of towels and kitchen was fully stocked. I have to even complain because it was so perfect but the only thing I would add is TV’s in the rooms and blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. The staff was AMAZING. We will be back.

Beautiful home, very peaceful and secluded. The only negative was that one of the beds had a stain on the sheet that smelled like fresh urine like they didn’t change those sheets

The place was clean and very quiet. Only had one issue where they think the neighbors are using the ping pong table we came back late and someone was under the house playing ping pong and scared us a bit but never heard anything the rest of our stay, loved the covered deck and TVs all over. One of the best stays we have had

Beautifully designed and appointed. Excellent location, thoughtfully laid out design, perfect for the vacationer at the beach. Hoses on both sides of the parking area to rinse off your feet / shoes. Incredible seating area below and above on the screened deck. Stairs in front and back of the property. Excellent appliances. Super comfy beds. The views from every window were of gorgeous pine tree canopies. An excellent Weber charcoal grill at the lower level. A gas cooktop and dual oven in the kitchen. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our stay at Dauphin Island! The back porch and outside dinning were perfect to let the kids be outside during hottest part of the day without being in the sun! What a great stay! There were 5 adults in our group and had plenty of space. The kitchen had way more cooking supplies, utensils, and spices than expected. The back patio might’ve been my favorite spot.
There is construction happening next door, and they did start working fairly early one morning. We’re early risers so it didn’t bother us, but definitely take note of that.
Don’t worry about bringing extra toilet paper and such…plenty was there and it was unnecessary for us to bring.

We loved our stay at Dauphin island. The house was beautiful! We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the house was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The kids had fun with the bikes and the ping pong table. We would prefer to have shades on the windows in the bedrooms to allow for sleeping later, but this was a minor inconvenience for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay again.

Our kids and grandkids from Mobile stayed with us a couple days and there was plenty of room and different spaces to hang out in. Preparing dinner and eating on the patio was a very nice experience! Down a quiet tree-lined street this escape in the woods will provide a relaxing base for your island getaway. The home is brand-new and spotless. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a huge back porch for morning coffee and birdwatching. Under the home there is a well provisioned activity area with bikes, a ping pong table and even a TV to watch while you BBQ. While not a beach-front property it is located near the center of Dauphin Island and convenient to restaurants and shops. We had a great time and think you will too.
